I won a contest and NEVER RECEIVED THE PAYMENT! My account has been deleted, and my messages have gone unanswered.
The logo is now being used by the final client at RENTAGUN, but the payment was never made by Crowdspring.

had two really good projects with them but the third disappointed. the deal was that you would get your money back if you don't use any of the logo's. this is already months ago and still did not receive anything back. most e-mails about it are ignored. i would really advise everyone to use other platforms.

I'm a long time user of Crowdspring. On all of my other projects the designs ranged pretty good to good. However my most recent design had no useable projects, and for the first time I decided to use the money back guarantee. Over a month and I've reached out several times--no one will respond. Find another company to do business with.

This is the worst platform I've ever seen, they never make payments. A simple payment takes 6 months to 1 year, when you'll die, you can receive your payment, even clients don't get refund properly. Ross and Ashlee are scammers!

Once upon a time, they used to pay.
But now your hard money they will be stolen by CEO himself. If you knock them for payment, you will get blocked.

My experience with Crowdspring has been nothing short of exploitative. I completed the work and earned $825, but my funds are being held hostage in my account. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support team regarding the release of my payment, they have completely ignored me.

This is not just poor service; it is unethical. When a platform refuses to pay freelancers for completed work and ghosts them when they ask for their money, it reveals a complete lack of integrity. Freelancers rely on this income, and holding our funds without explanation or response is unacceptable.

Today is exactly two years since I've been waiting for payment))

Fellow freelancers, last night I saw that Petranova Milkovich shared a short video on LinkedIn and X about payment issues at Crowdspring.

LET'S SUPPORT THAT VIDEO BY LIKING IT AND SHARING IT AS WIDELY AS POSSIBLE.

We need to stand together against misleading practices at Crowdspring, where freelancers who win contests do not receive the payments they are owed.

I have experienced the same situation for almost two years, with my payment delayed without clear reasons. When I asked for clarification, I only received repeated template email responses week after week, with no real action taken.

This raises serious concerns about how payment issues are handled by Crowdspring’s leadership.

I already win some contest but in the end Crowdspring hold my payment award. So for Freelancer please don't join this app anymore. I'm still waiting for this from september 2025. They owe me 1200 US$. For Indonesian designer be aware from this scam site like this.

After waiting for many months, up to this very moment, Crowdspring has still not completed my outstanding payment!

We must spread this information on social media and expose their disgraceful behavior of deceiving hundreds of designers from around the world through the Crowdspring platform.

Let their children and grandchildren understand that their parents and grandparents are despicable scammers in the digital world.

Do not delete our testimonials or reviews as long as they have not fully settled the payment!

Let this stand as an eternal monument that ROSS KIMBAROVSKI (the same person as Marc) and ASHLEE HAGGERTY ARE DESPICABLE SCAMMERS!

Never go to CrowdSpring, this website is 100% fraud, please report to reportfraud.ftc.gov so that there are no more victims, they NEVER pay your award, or refund your money

This company has lied to numerous graphic designers who work for it. Payments that are due to the designers are being withheld by false promises. Please ask the authorities to investigate this incident. Protect our rights from this injustice. I believe America is the most democratic country in the world and should not allow evil Crowdspring managers to mistreat its workers. Please!

Poor quality logo submissions for WAY too much money. Do NOT use this service.

The advertised price was much lower than the price actually charged when I selected their recommended options. The artwork submitted was terrible. I would have received better results from hiring someone for 1/5th the price.

I won two projects ($200 requested Aug 28, 2025; $300 Oct 16, 2025). Completed handovers, but payments delayed for months with ‘backlog’ excuses. Emailed support and owners Ross Kimbarovsky/Mike Samson demanding payment — account immediately suspended/made inactive. This is earned money they owe me.

I have been a contributor on this platform since its early days, winning multiple projects and receiving payment promptly. After taking a break for several years, I attempted to log back in, only to find that all my projects, history, and contributions had been completely deleted. I was asked to resubmit my work for verification—a process that seems arbitrary, as I have verifiable proof of past payments and completed projects.

Despite submitting this information, my account access remains blocked, and support has been consistently unhelpful and, at times, rude. Their system appears unable or unwilling to recognize long-standing contributors, which is deeply disappointing.

I strongly caution anyone considering using this platform, especially if you are a returning user or value the security of your work and payment history. A platform that erases years of contributions and fails to provide competent support is not trustworthy.

Crowdspring seemed good from the outside until I joined as a creative. I worked and won several projects on the platform and they’ve refused to pay me for months. I asked them about my payment and how I need it but they kept dribbling me and threaten to close my account if I keep sending emails to ask for what’s rightfully mine, what I have worked for. Yesterday, they actually did closed the account but I don’t mind. It’s just a proof that whatever other creatives have been saying about them is the truth. All I need is for them to pay me and I do not even plan working on there anymore. They owe me $1556.

I've been waiting for almost ten months now for my payout. My client has already made the payment. They suspend your account when you try and contact the client outside of their platform just to keep them there, and they ban you for complaining about the delay of the payout.

The process is amazing and quick!! We needed a logo design and it was a difficult decision to make bc there were so many good options! I plan on using them to creative more materials for us.
