was told to withdraw my cash. i did not so they took 25 euros dormancy fee every month i had no email saying anything about a dormancy fee till my balance was 0.. they just took it.. why both to invest when they will just steal your money?
these are a bunch gangsters or what?

IL TEAM DI SUPPORTO HA RISPOSTO ALLE MIE DOMANDE IN MODO RAPIDO E CHIARO, HA ELABORATO TUTTO RAPIDAMENTE E MI HA TRATTATO CON RISPETTO DALL'INIZIO ALLA FINE. MI HANNO SPIEGATO LE TEMPISTICHE IN ANTICIPO E LE HANNO RISPETTATE. QUESTO LIVELLO DI ONESTÀ E DI IMPEGNO È QUALCOSA CHE APPREZZO MOLTO. I invested in 4 projects through Crowdestate, all of which went bankrupt. Their homepage promises “safe, pre-vetted investments with rigorous due diligence,” but this is a blatant lie. Crowdestate showed zero oversight, ignored investor concerns, and provided almost no communication for nearly a year.

From my investigation, I discovered dozens of investors facing similar losses. I personally have 38 investments on other crowdfunding platforms – none of them failed – proving that Crowdestate’s so-called “due diligence” is either non-existent or deliberately misleading.

To make things worse, they quietly shut down operations without informing investors. This platform is negligent, non-transparent, and highly suspicious of fraud.

Warning: Do not trust Crowdestate with a single euro!

Note that this platform is not bringing anything good. I changed to Good Merit which is excellent in comparison to this because of their lack of openness and their subpar customer service representatives

Unfortunately another scam. They seem to have stopped all sort of operations. Even their website looks weird now.

Bin seit 2018 bei Crowdestate investiert, zum Glück habe ich ab 2022 nicht mehr weiter investiert, sondern die Zinsen & Rückzahlungen wieder abgezogen, seit 2024 passiert praktisch gar nichts mehr, diverse Investments seit Jahren notleidend. Crowdestate befindet sich seit kurzem in Abwicklung/Liquidation. Meine notleidenden Restinvestments habe ich für mich abgeschrieben. Bin gespannt, ob noch ein paar Euros zurückfliessen. Also unbedingt Hände weg !!!

I picked only the safest projects with an expectation to accept low returns but also lower the risk. In the end every one of them defaulted, some of them didnt return no money at all. Some gave back like 5% of the money I invested. Not only I lost the interest but I LOST ALL OF MY MONEY COMPLETELY.

The descriptions of projects are written nicely and leaning to the positive side. Website also looks trustworthy and shows that most projects succeed with average returns of like 14%.

Theyre sending letters that theyre figuring something out for the projects that are late with payments, but after a few years of pointless waiting it all ends up in a total loss.

Never even try this. Most of the projects go to default.

Estafadores, debí leer antes está página. Invertí 2mil en diferentes proyectos y todos dejaron de pagar. Llevo esperando 2 años para ver si se recupera y nada.

Confermo le recensioni negative ,investito 1000 euro in un progetto a basso rischio e mi ritrovo con niente in mano.

All investments have defaulted, overdue, no income since 2023. Scam or incompetent management, all investments in realestate - it's funny why they do not collect debts...supervised by the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority HA-HA-HA.

Since July 2023 no incoming payment, looks like a pure scam. Do not invest a single cent into this platform.

Ho conosciuto questa piattaforma attraverso le buone recensioni trovate sui siti specializzati, ma è stata un'esperienza disastrosa che sconsiglio vivamente troppi progetti in default, meglio le piattaforma immobiliari italiane, anche se tutto il settore risente di una certa crisi.

Years ago it seemed serious.

Now 10 projects are all delayed or defaulted.

I think there are now 2/3 reliable platforms in the p2p field, and this is not one of them.

I just hope there is an effort to catch up with the projects.

A lot of money invested, no real returns. Run as fast as you can.
There are several companies way better than this one. Sounds like a scheme.

"Crowdestate serves as a facilitator for loan agreements and does not function as an asset manager" In practise that means they don't do anything in case of a default. You should realize that if you consider investing here
