Jake's customer service was fantastic. I unfortunately had to call him at least 10 times to fix a delivery issue and he was there to help! Pleasant and easy to work with

Not satisfied
I ordered 11 barricades and only 10 were shipped to me. I was then told the 11th would be shipped out the following Monday. I still have not received the 11th barricade. Quality of the product is just ok, not great. I would not use this company again in the future.

Thank you for your feedback, Pasquale. We immediately shipped out the replacement barricade to you when you notified us of the issue with your order, but were not aware that you did not receive it. After contacting the freight carrier, we were informed that they lost your shipment. A dock-check is being conducted to locate the shipment, and we should have an update soon. In the event that the shipment is not located, we will happily reship another barricade. Please feel free to reach back with any other questions or concerns.
Excellent Experience
Your first contact sales associate on your website was super helpful and efficient. They helped me place a tax-exempt order quickly and we received our order faster than expected.

Great Team managing your phones!
When I called with questions as we are using your product to solve an equine related challenge, the support person was fantastic and answered all my questions. Then after placing my order on the easy to use website, I realized I forgot to choose the correct delivery address. I called back and the support person graciously corrected my order for me.

Great products, even better customer service!
I ordered a couple 55' retractable safety barriers and they shipped quick, packaged great and are high quality. Customer service definitely deserves 5 stars! When I placed my order, I accidentally selected the wrong belt color/pattern because I overlooked the wording and didn't verify it against the provided belt design chart on the website. A customer service rep reached out to me and wanted to verify if I wanted the belt design I selected or if I needed the other design with similar wording. Thank you again for catching my mistake!

Delivery could have been better
Delivery could have been better coordinated. Dropped pallet, no way to move it from the traffic path, then had to buy metal cutters to break down the pallet.
