Jake's customer service was fantastic. I unfortunately had to call him at least 10 times to fix a delivery issue and he was there to help! Pleasant and easy to work with

Disappointed in the end.…
I gave all the dimensions for the custom barricade cover and prepaid. Yet still I was told that I received a generic cover with grommets are the bottom. The basic logo looked great on the vinyl. but, To all my customers it looked unfinished on the bottom. My engineering team had to buy VELCRO stickers to try and make it look custom on the bottom of the rail. My boss was so upset we paid for this.

Great Service!
We had a special order that was urgent and required some special instructions. Sales checked to ensure all stock was available via their chat option, assisted with special instructions and we received the entire order complete as required - two days before we needed the product. Great Service!

Shipping disaster
Called for a quote and shipping time. All sounded good at first until the delivery date. Called the company back and they say they were barely shipping the day before expected delivery time to us, stating the delivery will not reach us until the following week. Which is way too late for the large event being held, and forcing us to utilize a rental company for equipment and completely shifting our plan. Massive inconvenience. Make sure you order with time with this company, we only purchased because we were told we would receive before our event, and clearly expressed that to the rep, and confirming with me they would deliver on time. That didn’t happen. Ask for reassurance.
