Do not recommend … stay away!
My order was delivered with package open and damaged.
Missing pieces and the pieces within the box were damaged. Definitely frustrated and would not recommend ordering anything from this company.

14 days after I placed my order, it still has not shipped! Terrible customer experience
I placed my order on 12/7 and paid an extra $50 for Express shipping.
It is now 12/21, which is 14 days later...and my order has still not shipped yet.
Last week, Cribbery customer support said my order has been fully processed and will be picked up by UPS on 12/16.
As of 12/21, there has been no UPS tracking provided and no response to my last 3 emails.
I have never had a worse customer experience shopping online than I have had with Cribbery.

Good Product, Difficult Assembly
The overall look and functionality of the floor bed was exactly what my wife and I were looking for and looks true to the picture on the website. However it comes completely unassembled and ours had missing essential parts and came with incorrect directions making assembly take longer than planned. The twin mattress also didn’t fit snug between the rails so we needed to purchase bed bumpers for the cracks. Not a big deal for the average flexible and handy person but could be frustrating for others.

Best case scenario when canceling
We purchased the bed but then realized it wasn’t right for our baby’s age. I wrote to them and they immediately canceled the order. That was so helpful and really increased my trust in the company!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I truly felt the need to share my experience with Cribberry because it exceeded all my expectations from beginning to end.
I was looking for a Montessori-style floor bed for my 2-year-old daughter and came across Cribberry after doing quite a bit of research. From the start, their website was easy to navigate, and the designs were exactly what I had in mind—minimalist, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. I had a few questions before ordering (mainly about dimensions and rail height), and their customer service team responded quickly, kindly, and in a very helpful manner. That already gave me confidence that I was in good hands.
The shipping process was smooth and fast. It arrived within just a few days, and the packaging was super secure. All the parts were carefully wrapped and labeled. Nothing was damaged or missing, which is honestly rare these days!
As for the assembly, I was initially a bit intimidated (I’m not the handiest person), but the instructions were very clear and straightforward. It took me about 45 minutes from start to finish, doing it alone, and I didn’t need any extra tools beyond what was provided. The bed is incredibly sturdy and well-crafted—there’s no wobble, and you can tell it’s made with high-quality wood. I especially appreciated the smooth finish and the rounded edges, which made me feel even safer putting my toddler in it.
The bed itself? Absolutely beautiful. It looks even better in real life than in the photos. The tall railings were a must for us since our daughter tends to roll in her sleep, and they provide great peace of mind. She’s been sleeping in her new bed for about three weeks now, and she absolutely loves it. She even plays in it during the day, which has made the bedtime routine so much easier for us. It’s honestly been one of the best purchases we’ve made as parents.
Lastly, I just want to say a huge thank you to the team at Cribberry. The combination of excellent product quality, sincere and responsive customer support, and smooth delivery experience made me feel like I wasn’t just buying a product—I was dealing with people who genuinely care about their customers and what they create.
If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate. This is a company that truly delivers in every sense of the word.

This wooden crib is absolutely beautiful. The house design adds a charming touch to the room. I can see this bed used as a play space as well as a place to sleep for years to come. It is made with care-smooth wood, safe materials and solid construction. Love it!

This is the second Cribberry bed we’ve…
This is the second Cribberry bed we’ve purchased for our 3 year old grandson, who is on the spectrum for two different locations. I assisted or tried to with my son who put the first together alone, this bed is difficult to put together without another set of hands. Besides the assembly we are very pleased with it. He loves the bed and sleeps well. Good bed for growing in. Would recommend.

Still haven’t been able to use it!
I will say they do have good customer service but for the price … we received a product that had splinters and although we got it assembled … as one can imagine with a newborn - we have not had the time to sand and paint so it’s safe for our baby! Very disappointed that there’s so much to do to make it ready - had hoped that it was just a matter of assembling.

Our beds are designed to be safe and baby-friendly straight out of the box, and we take great care to sand each piece multiple times. It’s clear we missed the mark here, and we want to make it right. If you could let us know which parts had splinters, we’d be more than happy to send you properly sanded replacements at no cost — or explore another solution that works better for you.
We know how valuable your time is right now, and we never want our products to add stress — only comfort and joy. Your feedback helps us grow, and we’d love the chance to turn this around for you
There were issues
The customer service prior to my purchase was great - answered all my questions and help me decide which crib was best.
However, once it arrived there were issues.
Instructions were either for the wrong sized bed - or they don't make them unique for each size. So, be aware.
We were short 7 dowels (this bed has a LOT of dowels).
Some of the pieces are held by a screw and and dowel. One of these pieces was not lined up correctly at all with the holes. On one side we had to just leave the dowel off.
Either the dowels or the drilled holes were not consistent and we had to redrill some holes to make the dowels fit (this was with the dowels that were provided).
Instructions did not include one piece - (K). Important piece and we had to remove pieces to install once we realized where that piece went - then put back together.
They provided 1 extra side slat (on purpose??) - it was good - because one of the others was split.
I was encouraged to order the slats that go under the bed. For a $100 I received a few pieces of wood that literally just sit on the floor for the mattress to sit on. They don't connect to the bed. If I had to do over - I would not add those for the price.
This is for our granddaughter when she visits a few times a year. If I was going to use every day - I would have returned it.
Edited to add: Company did reach out to me offering to help resolve any issues, however the bed is put together so nothing that we require (thanks to a very handy husband). They also offered to refund for the bottom slats.

I absolutely love our full size Montessori bed with rounded corners and round spindles! The wood itself is beautiful, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. I was skeptical before ordering, but every time I reached out to customer service through the chat, they responded very quickly.
They really do have exceptional customer service! They tell you when your order is shipped, the tracking numbers, when the order is received, and they follow up afterwards regarding your satisfaction. Communication was a 10/10!
I had an issue with one of the spindles missing it’s inside piece for a screw, and when I reached out they immediately expedited the new spindle. They actually sent extras, which was appreciated. There was also a small design flaw that was irritating me, and they sent a replacement piece for that at no charge!
