The lady I spoke to on the phone was very lovely and polite. She answered any questions I had a helped me cancel my subscription but also went over an action plan whilst on the phone with me to help bring my credit score up which I really appreciate as I’m new to all of this.

They are using same tactics as scammers but legal way , they will try sneak you a direct debit then charge you without knowing, cand get hold of them if you want to speak to someone, (Legal Scammers) what about older people that don't have knowledge about computing, how will wlever stop all this , you scums stop it it's wrong!!
