Since 1972, Credit Acceptance has offered automobile dealers financing programs to help them sell vehicles to consumers, regardless of their credit history. These programs are offered through a nationwide network of automobile dealers who benefit from sales of vehicles to consumers who otherwise could not obtain financing; from repeat and referral sales; and from sales to customers who come into the dealership believing they have credit issues, but qualify for traditional financing. Further, we report to the three national credit reporting agencies, giving consumers an opportunity to improve their credit score and potentially qualify for more traditional financing.

This company is a big rip off I purchased a car and got a loan through them well I took it back to the people they made me go to to have a car fixed they screwed up the car which it was no longer drivable and I got sick and could not afford the payment so I called them and told them to come and get that car well this was in June of 2020 and I have been disputing this on my credit because it's way over the time they're allowed to keep it on there but they only put it on my credit a year ago I don't know how this is allowed but this is ridiculous these people we're told they came to my door and I told him where the car was to get it and they did not come and get it it is sitting at this point 6 years later at the same junkyard these people do not care about you they are nothing but corporate greed. I purchased the car in early of 2019

Credit acceptance has been awesome from the start they have great rates I pay everything online and their app is very user friendly and they keep you informed about when your payment is due days ahead of time im just super happy with them.

Major complications paying my car note…
Major complications paying my car note from the hospital, apps didn't work and then to pay as a guest I needed my account number. Didn't have account number with me, to do this over the phone it cost $11. There should be a way to make a payment that doesn't cost this much. Don't punish your customers for being sick!!!!

Sometimes I run into struggles with bills and it's hard to pay and the last time I missed a payment the next time I had to pay almost 450 dollars and now I'm back on bills I wish we could add a little to each upcoming payment to make up for it or add it on the end of my payment plan if I'm at least making an effort to pay so if once in awhile I need to skip one I'm not getting calls about it
