I had a low income
I had a low income. Most of the banks & NBFCs are telling me we can't finance your home loan at your current income. Also, my property was in the suburbs so most of the lenders were not ready to finance in suburbs. and also my salary was in cash that was another problem. And somehow while browsing through instagram I came across their ad I saw that they are partnered with multiple institutions from upper segment to lower segment. After filling out the form peoples came from their company at my home took all the documents and get to know my problem and told me no worries we can find a lender for you so after some days i got my loan approved from one NBFC but yeah the rates were little high but according to my profile I thought yeah I will take it. They helped with everything and I didn't have to contact any one after giving my application to them.

Recently I decided to buy a house near to my office, After finalizing the property i struggle to get the loan amount I was looking for all the lender which I visited their LTV was not matching my expectations , They found the lender which is providing LTV near to my budget but with slightly higher interest rate but overall everything went well .
