The purchase was smooth and easy, delivery could have been faster imo but the item arrived as ordered. Very pleased with my purchase.

From ordering to receiving my goods was very smooth and efficient. I will definitely be ordering from Creativd Gardens again.

Really happy with the price and quality of my new bird box for the garden. This is the genuine Henry Bell beach hut nest box and not a copy which is going around on other websites. It looks even better in real life. Swift delivery and great service.

Website easy to use and delivery fast. Everything as expected and at a decent price. Highly recommended

My order arrived promptly and very well packaged, first class service. Thank you

Item was in stock for a great price and dispatched straight away - arrived well packaged and I was really pleased with the purchase

Very simple. I made my order on their site, they posted it. Job done accept they let me know about delivery, continuous updates, it arrived 2 days earlier than stated. It was one of the best services in a while. Thank you Creative Gardens

Purchased a Rose 5' garden bench last year.
Before setting it out, it was properly prepared for outdoor weather.
A back mould..fungus has now appeared across the sitting area.

Great company, order received very quickly. Well pleased and would certainly recommend them.

You couldn't leave this place empty-handed. The selection of plants, shrubs and trees is fabulous - not to mention the accessories, cafe, gifts and premium foods to go. But just as important is the customer service and after-sales. The staff members are genuinely lovely and go all-out to get you sorted. Chris delivered a replacement tree without issue today. Courteous, pleasant and good-humoured. There's a great vibe and superb team work at Creative Gardens.

I ordered seeds via post and all went smoothly.
Thank you.

Fantastic experience, I visited the store, so much to choose from! I ordered online once I was home in Staffordshire and it was excellent and love my 2 light up outdoor trees, thank you. Will visit again when I'm back in Belfast. Thank you.
