Creative Arcades Anmeldelser

Overall, I had a pretty disappointing experience with Creative Arcades. I will say that the gentlemen who delivered the machine with the white glove delivery were very communicative on when they were delivering the machine. They were also very helpful when answering questions about the machine while they were here. I did find a couple of the customer service reps very helpful over email. My first complaint has to do with the games. I got the highest number available (6200) which sounds like a lot but there are several duplicates, like Japenese versions. Why would I want Japanese versions? I also thought some of the games would be newer, like the Golden Tee games. But there were all 80s and 90s. When I asked about newer versions, I got the answer that I should have gone with the 4500 game card which had more versions of Golden Tee. Why would the 4500 have games that the 6200 wouldn't? Even then, the 4500 were all still older versions. When I enquired about returning the machine, my questions were ignored. And when I followed up, they would not answer ALL the questions. Almost like they were delaying answering my questions so that we would go over the 30 day return period. And when I asked about returning the machine BEFORE I bought it, I was told that I would be responsible for the return shipping costs. But AFTER I bought it, I was informed that I was responsible for the shipping AND a 20% restocking fee. It made it so that was going to be out $2000 by returning it. At the end, we decided to simply keep it which is how creative arcade wants it. So yeah, I feel deceived and disappointed.

The unit arrived without the game card but after contacting them, the issue was resolved expeditiously with courtesy. Things happen. It's how you deal with them that matters and you did a great job handling our issue and walking us through the installation.

Pinball machine arrived safe in pallet, open it and was packed very good.Open it up and put the leg on ,turn it on and I was in pinball heaven.Wow it brings me back to the past playing all these old games.Pinball sounds and plays like real pinball.thanks creative arcades.

Arcade came as advertised. No damage in shipping. System performs great and looks great.

Game is great. Order was filled and shipped next day. I am very satisfied with the entire transaction. I would purchase from them again without hesitation.

I can’t say enough about my new arcade. The folks at creative-arcades were so helpful in helping me pick the one that would best fit my needs and not only that had it rushed to me so that my girls could enjoy their new “Easter” present when they came home from college. The games are just like when I was a girl and I am so pleased to share this with my daughters. My husband and I are really enjoying spending time together playing games like in the 80s. I am so glad I bought this one. I had researched several different ones and I kept coming back to this one. It is well worth the money.

Everything went smoothly, no surprises. This company delivers on what they promise!

When deciding to introduce an arcade console to my game room, I relied heavily on reviews based on the amount of companies out there. I was very impressed with Creative Arcades Web site, reviews, and testimonials. Form the moment I made the call I knew I made the right decision. Not only were all my questions and concerns answered, they also put me in touch with a design team that helped me create and personalize the arcade console I ordered. They took my ideas through conversation and created a custom wrap on my console that was beyond beautiful. The entire process, even with customization only took 2 and a half weeks form order date to delivery. My game console is stunning! The graphics are off the chart. Thank you All!

This is a high-quality product that has all of the great games you remember from the 80s. The software is no better or worse than the original. The physical arcade itself is very well-built. It came fairly well packaged for shipping though a couple of the tiny feet on the bottom came off and I only found them later on in the packaging. My advice for improvement is as follows… First I think it should be clear or more clear that there is a trade-off for upgrading to the higher number of games and the trade-off is that you lose the high scores when you change the game. If you only get the 60 games version apparently you can keep the high scores. Second I think white glove delivery should be offered for something of this size and weight. Third I wish there was a searchable game menu or a favorites list or something that makes it easier to get more quickly to the game you want.

Arcade game shipped fast!…. Replacement top that was broken while shipping also ship fast. Would like to have more instruction on how to set up games. Thanks!

I came out amazing. Custom artwork on the top exceeded my expectations. Love it !

We are very pleased with everything about this company. Rob was great help in understanding features/options and Travis in Design Dept was awesome to help us get custom graphics.
And delivery guys were wonderful, kept us informed of delivery date&time and were very careful in handling the big heavy machine.
Pinball machine is Remarkable: clear, colorful, feels like real machine.

The table is very fun to play with friends and family. It has a huge variety with some of the best games. The lift-screen is great if you want to play a fighting game against your friends or Metal slug with infinite lives. I’d recommend it to anyone who loves retro video games and would want to play them with their friends and family. Saved 5% with Coupon code 2022.

Delivered as promised, found out that the game is not update able. I was told that there would possibly be a future update for additional games.

Awesome, friendly, helpful and customer service driven. Deserve 500 stars

The arcade and customer service customer was great! Having free shipping was a big plus as well. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because stools that come with the arcade are low quality.

Cocktail arcade arrived in great shape and works well!

Aloha from Hawaii. This review is long overdue and I apologize. Creative Arcade and their staff are true professionals with the best customer service. Everything came as advertised on my cocktail arcade with over 4000 games. I got this around December 2021 and still haven't played all the games. For you generation X type the nostalgia of the games and game play will take you back. This company is both veteran and Hawaii friendly. Thank you very much!

The games lists on their site are not what you receive on your machine. emporium. Several of the games I really wanted to play were not on my system. When I sent an email asking about it they ignored me. Caveat emptor.
