We had a wet room installed by Nest but wasn't correctly fitted to begin with so leaked into the kitchen below. Wet rooms can be difficult but felt the Nest team had not done many before and certainly the fitter who was dealing with ours had not done one before. He constantly had to keep phoning back to the office for advice and struggled to get the tiling angled towards the drainage system. The below tiles shower tray was installed onto plywood (not recommended) and wasn't large enough to cover the entire shower area hence the leakage through the tiles. Like somebody else mentioned no guarantees or warranties supplied with fittings. However did look good and other workmanship was of a good standard but just did not know how to do a wet room correctly.

When we embarked on a complete renovation of our 5 bedroom home, we were very nervous of the horror stories of dealing with builders and tradespeople. Chris and the team from Nest provided excellent service from start to finish. On a large project like this, its normal to expect a few hiccups, but on every occassion Nest were always happy to put things right. Nest provided a detailed costing and schedule of work, and managed to keep to this. The quality of workmanship and level of finish is excellent. Nest's staff were always very professional and only too happy to help. We recommend Chris and his team unreservedly.

The team at Nest have delivered a fantastic new open plan kitchen/dining space which we are so pleased with! From the initial discussions, around layout options and budget, to the designs, their process was clear and we always felt supported.

The design studio provided a great environment to review the kitchen products & finalise product choices. The kitchen manufactured and supplied is of fantastic quality & the adjusted layout works brilliantly!

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the whole team, with their attention to detail, product range & 1st class customer service throughout.

Nest have recently completed a full house renovation for us including relocating the kitchen and stairs to a different part of the house, removing structural walls/installing new kitchen/bathrooms/under stairs cupboards/external doors/sound system/loft insulation/woodburner/flooring/full decoration etc.

Chris listened to the problems we had with our existing layout and came up with a very different design that solved all of our issues. We took the plunge and are delighted with the end result. It was refreshing to have a team who did exactly what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it. The project started on a date of my choosing, ended on the planned date and communication was exemplary throughout. Chris and Scottie were hugely patient throughout the detail of the design process coming up with ideas and working with me until I was happy with the end result. Marc managed the project tightly and while there were a few challenges
along the way (which is inevitable with a project of this size), he always ensured he talked me through the issue, gave me possible solutions and that I was happy with any changes. He has dealt with the final snagging issues at break neck speed with no quibbles. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Nest again, every single tradesperson we had on site (and there were a lot!) were friendly, skilled, hard working, trustworthy, kind and helpful. Nest deserve every success for the future.

We needed more space in our two bed Victorian terrace and had a mad idea about moving the bathroom as well as re-dividing a lounge/diner, re-introducing an internal door and moving the boiler down two floors.

Nest made this a reality and now we have a fantastic three bed house with a 5* family bathroom. From beginning to end the Nest team were great. Chris took our ideas and converted them into feasible plans before Wayne and the team took the plans and turned them into reality.

The team were always careful to be as clean and tidy as they possibly could and notified us at every point of progress/issues etc. Even our neighbours commented on how polite and helpful the Nest team were.

The project was completed on time and on budget - can’t ask for much more than that! We have already recommended them to two other people. Nest Design and Build are 5* just like our bathroom :)

Great company, can’t recommend enough. From initial meeting to completion they were so professional and friendly it really made a big difference. Everyone working for Nest seems highly skilled in their area of expertise and nothing is too difficult. This is the only design and build company I would use in Bristol now.

Nest recently completed the full renovation of our new house which included the design & construction of a rear extension. Their attention to detail was impressive. To give an example, our kitchen design included a very long unit requiring a back splash. Due to this length there had to be a join and this join was positioned behind the Kitchen tap to obscure the join and ensure the clean lines were not disrupted.

From start to finish there was a huge desire from the whole team to deliver on the project scope we established during the early design stages.

Always willing to listen and despite the challenges through the build phase of the project, always produced positive solutions and the end result is beyond our expectations! The whole team from management to trader people were always approachable, diligent, polite and respectful which made a hugely positive impact.

I can’t thank the team enough for their efforts & would recommend them to anyone embarking on a similar project.

We recently had a completely new kitchen designed by Chris and the team at Nest. We were delighted by the results. The team worked incredibly hard to make sure everything ran smoothly, and the project chart we were given was a great help as we knew exactly what was happening each day, Scottie also deserves a mention as he was very supportive throughout the build with visits and updates.

The design was very different from our original kitchen and works so much better we are really pleased with the end result. We would certainly recommend Nest to anyone who is looking for a first class job with top craftsmen every step of the way.

From start to finish Nest were impeccable. Having never worked on a building project before we were unsure how the process worked or how it would go. From our first meeting we were reassured that we were in really capable hands.

The process was seamless and the design exceeded our expectations, the team were all really passionate, the job stuck to deadlines and the team delivered us an incredible extension that we adore. Both my husband and myself would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone, in fact, don't waste your time looking for anyone else.

Nest have just finished our knock through project to convert our separate dining room and kitchen in to a beautiful airy kitchen diner. At the same time they have redone our bathroom and put in a standalone shower in an awkward shaped room. The whole project was managed very professionally and was completely project managed with very little hassle. All of their staff have been very respectful of our home and privacy as well. Chris has an excellent eye for looking at a space and coming up with alternative solutions and suggestions - he has done so for both rooms enabling us to have everything we wanted when other companies had suggested we needed to compromise. There have been a few bumps along the way, as would be expected, but all of have been dealt with promptly and without any question. Not the cheapest but you get high quality and guaranteed professionalism. Would definitely use them again if I needed to do another project.
