Horrible Experience – Stay Away!
I had an awful experience with HOPPLER. After making my purchase, I realized that their customer service is completely unresponsive. They take your money and then disappear—no way to get support, no replies, and no accountability.
I tried reaching out multiple times regarding mention specific issue: defective product, missing order, false advertising, etc., but they simply ignored me. It’s frustrating and unacceptable.
This company does not care about its customers, and I strongly advise others to avoid them. Don’t waste your time or money here!
