It was an excellent option. It was not easy to choose a clinic but I consider this my best option. From the receptionists, the first scan fertility nurse, the following up, all the nurses appointments, the quality of the service, the caring of the doctors and embryologists... I can't be more grateful. I've also visited other clinics but, honestly after the first scan I felt like I wanted to start the treatment here. They dedicate their time, they're patient, gentle and always with a smile. I felt they really wanted to help me and not just charge me. They were still very honest and realistic, but warming and very helpful.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this clinic, and I strongly advise against using their services. I tried to book an appointment, and instead of being guided through the process, I was misled and redirected to their website. I ended up paying £150 upfront, even though I never received any actual service or treatment. When I requested a refund, they flatly refused, which was both disappointing and infuriating. They would rather keep my money than earn my business, even though I was willing to spend £7,000 on treatment. It's clear that this clinic is all about scamming patients out of their hard-earned money. Do yourself a favor and avoid this clinic at all costs. If their behavior is this bad from the very beginning, imagine what it would be like once you're committed. Terrible experience!

The team are fantastic. Very helpful during a daunting and stressful time. Clear explanations and friendly atmosphere through out!

The whole Team at Create were great. They were friendly and made me feel at ease throughout my treatment. If I ever had any questions (via email or phone call) they were quick to get back to me. On the day of my egg collection the surgeon and the rest of the team were so nice and the whole procedure was over really quickly. They were chatty and made me feel at ease just before to help me feel calm and after when I was in recovery they constantly checked on me to make sure I was OK. 5 stars for them :-)

The staff at Create Wimbledon were amazing.
They were caring and empathetic to our situation and always welcoming when we saw them.
Hannah was lovely and helped wherever she could throughout the whole process. The nurses were FAB! Particularly Izzy and Katherine :-)
Dr Rostom was very approachable, knowledgeable and always had time for us to answer any questions we had.
Overall we had a lovely experience and would absolutely recommend.

Great doctor and nurses, got to choose music and running on time

Been treated in this clinic a year ago. Took me some time come back to this moment and to write this review. Awful experience, lack of empathy and professionalism. Under Create Fertility you are just another number where they don’t care your situation and can not provide patient centered care. We choose Create Wimbledon base on location and good reviews - however many scans and egg collection been redirected to St. Pauls! Patent coordinator changed twice, not contact, no respond to emails upon several calls. Each appointment l was seen by different doctor who didn’t know my name and case, lack of information been given, have to dig and keep ask for update, no reassurance. Been found with difficulty ovarian access, however any steps to resolve that been taken, procedure of egg collection been done by new qualified consultant who never saw me before and failed!! Follow up over the phone no face to face!! At the end we received the email that solution which was use for semen wash was faulty!! No sorry no apologies! Giving one star only for the nursing staff. Been thinking to repeat treatment with the same clinic but we were not offered any new approach so we tried somewhere else where received much better care.

I am editing my review because since my procedure I have not received an update about how successful my egg retrieval was!! I was meant to get a call the afternoon after my procedure to let me know how many of my eggs were good but no one called. I had a follow up call the next day after my procedure to check that I was OK and informed the nurse I had received no update. Still haven't heard anything about how successful the procedure was after 6 days.

Everything up until this point has been good though.

My great experience with Create is the personalized treatment plan, which helps build patients' confidence in achieving their dream of having a baby.

The clinical and admin team in the Raynes Park centre are great. They make what is always going to be a difficult process much easier. The only negative comes with the comms. Any communication between you and your clinic has to go through a call centre. This can lead to a process of phone tag which is quite distressing when you're waiting for news or have a pressing question.

The staff were all very helpful, friendly and went out of their way to organise things to go as smoothly as they could.
They were very professional during the embryo transfer. And we’re all very kind now we have a positive result. Recommend highly.

We have been going to Create for over a year now and although disappointed with success the staff in the Wimbledon and Hertfordshire clinic have been really amazing and I could not recommend them enough. In particular the lady who does the bloods in Hertfordshire is a pleasure to see every time and tries to make the process as seamless as possible, she is also the one who gives the news on whether the pregnancy test comes back positive or negative and I am incredibly greatful that it is someone as kind as her giving the bad news.

Very happy with the service received at Create Fertility, Wimbledon. The lovely staff were very supportive through the entire process. A very well organised, caring establishment that guide you through each step of the treatment. Would highly recommend for fertility treatment.

Very attentive

Everyone was very professional and made me feel at ease. I would particularly like to mention Ivanka who did my scans. She always made me feel at ease and her attitude was encouraging and approachable.

Create helped us to get pregnant in 2022, the procedure was straightforward for us with a great success! Now we are back in 2024 to have second baby and I very hope it will be as successful as the first one. Thank you very much for a great work & result you have achieved. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to get help.

Create were fantastic from day one. Providing excellent care and financial options to allow us to go privately.

Having been to another IVF clinic although Create is not the ‘fancier’ of the two the care was exceptional, better value for money and felt much more a personalised service.

Friendly team in Raynes Park who explain things carefully as much as you need.
