We specialise in checking and processing Basic Disclosure applications and provide support and advice specifically for the Basic Disclosure Online Application. We do not currently handle applications for Standard or Enhanced DBS checks although we may be able to advise on who you need to contact if you do require a Standard or Enhanced DBS check.

Very disappointing service
Very disappointing service. There is no direct way to communicate with the company, and even submitting a straightforward contact form can take the best part of three days to receive a response.
When you’re paying for a service, you would expect a reasonable level of communication and a much more prompt response, particularly from a business where customer support is such an important part of the service.
Unfortunately, the lack of communication makes the whole experience frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a company where you can actually speak to someone and receive timely support when you need it.
