Buyers BEWARE‼️‼️‼️ Ordered a bed and 2 mattresses 2 weeks ago, 2 days after ordering the headboard and 2 mattresses arrived. Because this was a Friday and they don’t open weekends (also no contact number) I was assuming the rest of the bed which was missing, it would arrive Monday. A week later and still no bed. Hannah has advised she’ll knock 10% off this was on Thursday, emailed Friday and was ignored and again this morning so I have disputed payment as now I just want a refund and a collection as this is not ok to treat people like this. I don’t know of any company that don’t have a contact number or are not open weekends. My daughter cannot sleep on a headboard and had I have known this is how a paying customer would be treated I really would not have bothered. I don’t even believe Hannah is Hannah (if you know you know) .

I want to assure you that Hannah, Is one of our most experienced customer service advisors, she genuinely empathised with your situation and as such offered a 10% discount if given a little more time to resolve the issue for you. I can see Hannah has responded to you today at 11:37 am following your message at 10:29 am so please be assured you have not been ignored.
Hannah has already arranged for a collection (robots do not have the ability to do this), and ordinarily, a refund would have been promptly issued after the collection. However, due to the chargeback dispute raised this morning with your bank, all refunds must now be processed through the chargeback system, which unfortunately can take your bank up to 60 days to complete.
Rest assured, we will closely monitor the collection to ensure a swift resolution with as little inconvenience to you as possible.

I must say ordering the beds is not my reason for rating.
It's the 5 star customer service provided by Hannah from the customer care team that has prompted my review, as Hannah definitely fulfilled that job title.
I purchased my 2 beds maybe a few weeks over 12months ago newly moving home. Deeming it slightly out of warranty..
The LED Light in the headboard stopped working on one of my sons beds. I reached out for advice, no questions or stresses unlike another company I am currently dealing with.
Hannah responded, and advised slightly out of warranty but a replacement adaptor in on its way with FEDEX tracking reference sent. All resolved.
Thank you Hannah you made it so easy with no stress. Much appreciated.
Customer service aftercare is definitely of high importance
My battle continues with yhe other company which I regret my purchase from.
Crazy beds have surprised me out of the 2. But Im super pleased.

Estimated delivery on there website is 5-7 working days. Super fast delivery and arrived in 2 days even though I placed my order on a Sunday. Lovely quality bed and easy to assemble. Good prices also. Definitely recommend.

The bed came really quickly
The bed came really quickly, plus when I noticed that I'd missed out on a promotional code, they applied this retrospectively and gave me a partial refund to the value of the promo code :)

I ordered a bed but never got a confirmation email - I have tried to contact them but no response and they do not have a contact telephone number only an online form - it’s incredibly frustrating that you can’t speak to anyone so would not recommend on this basis! Wouldn’t use them again.

Company have sent a single bed frame
Company have sent a single bed frame, I ordered a double. It’s taken 16 emails and they are still insisting that the bed frame I have been sent is a universal one that will fit!! It doesn’t! They are refusing to accept responsibility and change the item even though I have sent photo evidence. My mattress is now on the floor.
I would seriously not recommend using this company. It’s been a shambles all the way through.
PLEASE note the reply from this company.. I have been sending photos. Specifically one that shows three pieces of metal.. no slats, no legs and no headboard

Thought we were buying a good quality wooden single bed as advertised, turns out which seems like plastic material.
Had 3 months and its broken already, would not recommend unfortunately.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Cancelled order after much screwing around. No confirmation email, do delivery information, no bed, no customer service. Will never ever use company that has no phone access to customer service. Avoid at all costs.

I can see ALL emails were responded to within 24 hours.
Unfortunately, your order was canceled as a dispute was opened with your bank by yourself because you didn't receive the tracking information by the time you've been given even though this was sent to you via email when you asked for it. You sent many abusive emails to us (within minutes of each other) which was another contributing factor to your order being cancelled. We are here to help customers not to be insulted.
