Bed arrived earlier that expected. Everything was there, easy to assemble, would recommend! Very pleased with the quality and the medium firm mattress is very comfortable.

Brought a triple bunk bed
Brought a triple bunk bed for my children got a delivery date and time so got rid of the old bet to put the new bed up and not even half of it was there! Couldn't even make a single bed out for what was in the box , no number to call to talk to someone about this.
Edit .... contacted back quickly and resolved the issue effectively, will definitely be using again in the future

I bought the bed and the read the bad reviews…
I bought the bed and then read the bad reviews. I asked for a refund but they refused until delivery was refused. No number to call fir CPB and no number for delivery company XDP. The order would not have been delivered if I hadn't put in a claim to my bank for a refund. Delivery promised numerous times but it never happened. It took around 3 weeks for delivery. Now I have the bed it is great except the gas lift mechanism doesn't work so not the ottoman bed I want and had hoped for. I have emailed CPB for extra parts. Let's see what happens! I would not recommend this company.

Communication was a little but slow but once I made contact with their team, their responses were really fast. If you don't get an email, send an email to their support team (info@) and they're excellent! The bed I ordered is phenomenal. I absolutely love it!! This is a response to one of my other reviews left here. My order number is 2232. I have received bed which clearly has defects, sent them pictures. As bed was already assembled , I agreed, for offered £35 pounds partial refund to cover paint cost. Opened PayPal case, as purchased through PayPal (luckily) , so they could offer me a partial refund. Guess what, THESE LIARS now asking to return a bed and only after that they will offer a full refund. Come and collect your bed which is already assembled. Why do we have to spend time to disassemble this bed and pack etc. and ship at our own cost back. If you unable to meet customers expectations by selling new item as NEW , not with defects, then you will get bad reviews from every single unhappy customer. It’s a shame I cannot attach pictures here and correspondence from them. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. I will be leaving reviews everywhere, to warn other potential buyers of these scammers!!!!!
