I had originally booked to have a full house done and the price i was given was competitive paid the deposit and the sale fell through next day called up and explained but they said the deposit was none refundable so I decided to get done flooring done in my current house the price was not as competitive as getting a whole house done. The fitters were great by the day before they came I was told I’d have to lift the old flooring myself or pay an extra £70 to have it lifted for me which I decided to pay as I did not have time to do it myself. Flooring that’s been put down i have no issue with and the lads did a great job.

I can't believe I'm only writing this review having had my new carpets from Crazy Price since March 😜 Sue, even though iv never met you and only spoke over the phone, thank you very much for being amazing,understanding and thoughtful from the beginning to the end, when you made mine and my sons house a home ❤ Jason, thank you for your honesty and kindness to myself and my son when you came to measure my full house, this was also shown to my daughter when you went to measure her property too. What can I say about the fitters 😉 Elijah, what a lovely, polite lad you were for the short time you spent here it was nice to meet you. Due to another job you had to attend too, you left two outstanding young lads, Jackson and Mikey to fit my home. They both made at a sad time for my family, a day to remember, but it wasn't just them its been the whole company from the start of my enquiry to the fitting of our home ❤

Had 3 bedrooms and staircase carpeted and laminate through living room and hall today. What a fantastic bunch of fitters. Every single one of them (5 in total, 2 doing carpets and 3 for laminate), genuine lovely chatty and fun gents. Love our new flooring. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

All sorted u til rude fitter arrived had 3 areas clear 1 needed 10 mins to finish as we received no time of arrival given and whilst those upstairs rooms being done 2to clear downstairs he said can't do any of them I asked why not he walked to van asked again why couldn't start he then just drove off leaving us with no bedrooms to sleep in. Lady in office tried her best to sort and now kept deposit !!!!!

Had a few quotes from different company’s and these beat all of the prices. Very helpful people in the shop and also on the phone. Came out measured up for me and brought samples went ahead with the laminate flooring. Left a deposit and they were out and fitted within 10 days. The lads that come out and fitted it were very professional and lovely and polite. The laminate was fitted to perfection in love with it. Will be returning in future when I need more carpets/laminate. Over all I’m happy with my experience with crazy price carpets.

Had my flooring done today and it looks amazing, didn't take long to do, we are very happy....excellent service....

I requested the same carpet be installed throughout my property. I paid £2750. They installed one carpet in the rooms and a different one in the hallway. They are now refusing to rectify the issue. I would strongly advise people not to spend your money with this company. They will not look after you if things go wrong.

Recently had a bedroom carpet fitted, fantastic and friendly service. From me walking in to the store to having my carpet fitted i was kept informed on dates, times and prices and fitting was brilliant, i will definitely be using crazy carpets again. Thankyou

Crazy price carpets are great, very professional on time and very polite. Whole house got measured for flooring. Everything was explained and the fitters turned up on the day and fitted the carpets they did a great job and they were very punctual and polite. Whole house got fitted with carpet.

Five star service from these guys. From first point of contact with Sue, great banter. She understood exactly what I wanted. No pressure and made to feel at ease. Carpets fitted by Dale who was professional from start to finish. Highly recommend. Good quality carpets and over the moon

From the first enquiry, utill the carpet was fitted, was quick.
The staff especially Sue, who l was dealing with was fantastic. Very pleasant ☺️ and in touch if I had any questions. She's a credit to the company 👏. As for the fitting, the lads were quick,and very pleasant, even took the door off of the room and put it back. Hope same lads come when I have my stair carpet fitted. Over all fantastic 👏

The timings was great. The only thing was that; they left all their rubbish and took all doors out and did not put them back. Apart from that, carpets were great.

Had my kitchen floor fitted with Lvt and it is amazing I love it. I would recommend this company to everyone, from start to finish they have given a quality service especially Sue who was in regular contact and the fitter Elijah who done a fantastic job and the price couldn’t have been better. They made it so easy.

From my first phone call,to the guy coming out to measure up for my kitchen floor was outstanding.The fitter was very friendly and done a great job. I would highly recommend this company.

Great carpet at a great price. Service was outstanding. They even sent a man around to adjust my doors to the carpets free of charge.

Called this company after seeing an advert on line. Very friendly helpful staff. Arranged to fit carpet in 2 bedrooms on 2 job and not leaving any mess behind. I'd , highly recommend.
