Item never came but told me it was delivered. The tracking number doesn’t even give the intended address it just says it was delivered to my city and state… Tbh I don’t think it was ever sent out from the beginning now I can’t get in touch with anyone smh don’t waste your time or money it’s a scam…

So I just took out my chain to wear to a party for the first time. The chain was a little shorter than I’m wanted but it looked good. There is one big problem I’m seeing throughout the night I noticed there were kinks forming.

The wrong pendant was sent. After waiting so long now I have to go through all this trouble of trying to return it or get my money back

I tried to get in contact with you and no one got back to me about doing an exchange with a recent purchase

Very disappointed with the product but more important…..the lack of communication. I’m going to make a YouTube video about this and show this item very poor craftsmanship and on top of that it was damaged before it even came smh

The bracelet was perfect I think my wife will love it for Mother's Day. The necklace however that was for me the quality was good I think that it will last through my active Life style but the clasp does not stay closed and I had to adjust it, almost fell off of my neck good thing I caught it in time. I intend on purchasing more of your products thank you for allowing me to give this review. It's really not a big deal I took care of it but since it's a review I gave one that's the only reason I'm giving this for out of five stars.

I gave it 4 stars ⭐️ I noticed that between each connecting chain link it’s appeared to have not been gold plated . If this would have been Done I would have given it 5 but for the most part I love the chain ! 👍🏽

I'm gonna return my chain and bracelet... Gaps in the link and the locks doesn't lock... Very disappointed in the product I got... I got better on Amazon!
