My product was delivered today and unable to reach customer service. The website says they work Mon - Fri, but the return policy is only for three days. Unsure how to proceed. Not only is the product quality not satisfactory but they have sent a soiled saree. There are multiple stains on the off white part through out the saree. The return policy says that they will cut Rs 250/- for returns which doesn't make sense. Why should I loose money for receiving a dirty/ damaged product? The packaging also was quite shabby with unnecessary ceases in the saree.

Please don't buy from this site, it's fraud site they are sending a local products worth not more than 300-400. Customer department will never answer the call, if fortunately answer they ask us to mail the issue related of the product and they won't respond to the mail.meanwhile The return policy applicable only for three 3 days will end up.
And more over just check the likes of the site FB is through like generator app. Refund will be processed in to their wallet only that to after deductions or 250rs on each product.

I bought one saree but completely bad quality..
There is no option to return. After buying there is no respond from dealer. Its a fraud company. Never buy from this website.

CrazeNdemand is a fraud company they ll send cheap Sarees in the name of silk saree by showing attractive image in their website. But actually Even they send a saree like is not comparable to the original image what they displayed in website it's a cheap saree it's not worth for 1499 it is worth for 100rs. So I have put return request now they are not responding not phone no. Doesn't exist. I have send a regarding return request still not yet replied.

I had ordered soft silk sarees worth 1500 each last month and when I received the product it looked like curtain cloth. The photos which they show are of celebrities wearing the original stuff and the product they deliver is of cheap quality. After receiving the product I looked for reviews and then I got to know how fraud the company is. I filed a complaint against them online and hence they called me to return the saree and told they will refund the money. They notified me that they received the product and now they are not refunding the amount. I filed another compalint on them. Nobody should buy anything from this site.

This website is completely a big FRAUD..Those people are meant only for looting your money...and keep in mind they will never ever reply to you..or they will never REFUND your money...because they are made up of only FRAUD and nothing else...
Shame on you people...!!! How could you even do this...you think you can't answer to anyone...But fine..Whole World's Curse is on you...REMEMBER...🖕🏻

FRAUDS. CHEATS. I ordered for a black and white soft silk saree. But I received an unworthy yellow and black printed thick cloth for 1799 rupees. The company refuses to take it back and would not return my money. Fraud. Cheats. What can I do other than cursing these rascals?

it is a fraud company, all the contact no are fake their email is also fake.

Never visit this website they are fraud I am going to register my complaint in consumer form.

Very bad quality of the saree I got and there is no exchange for the one received, in the picture it is different and the quality we get is different .... So please don't purchase from these people..

Have ordered Saree 1500 INR, Color is not the same as in the picture, When I asked for a refund, We have to courier the saree to their address and after that also money will credit to wallet you can't transfer money to bank account.

Suggestion:
Never Try this site to buy sarees.

Product quality is too poor its not worth to spend 1500 INR

It's fraud, it shows you one product and delivers you another product. Then they don't give you refund
