This was a summertime delivery but never the less it was surprising to receive the delivery less than 24 hours after placing the order

The staff at Craggs Energy are always helpful and cheerful. Craggs are fairly priced (not easy in todays climate). The delivery lead times are good. The drivers always take pride in their delivery.

My heating oil tank is in the garage and the oil needed to be delivered when someone was in . They made it the first delivery of the so some one would be in. Rob the delivery driver filled the tank and was respectful of my property and very polite.

Really polite friendly guy called rob who delivered the oil this morning. Gave me a call to say he had arrived and where was he needed. Here all of about 5/10 mins. Great service.
