I had an absolutely outstanding experience working with Craft Vision Digital, and I truly cannot recommend them highly enough.

From the very beginning, my journey started with Edward, who was warm, professional, and reassuring as my first point of contact. From there, I had the pleasure of working closely with Madison, who supported me every step of the way.

Madison was exceptional. Whenever something wasn’t clear, she took the time to explain things in a way that felt accessible and supportive. I never felt rushed or overlooked instead, I felt genuinely guided through the entire process.

What stood out most was how well the team followed my brief and brought my vision to life, truly to a T. It never felt like I was simply a client; it felt like a creative partnership, where my ideas were heard, respected, and elevated with their expertise.

Madison also guided me through important decisions, such as website hosting. While this was an additional cost, there was absolutely no pressure to commit. I was given the space and time to do my own research and make the decision that felt right for me, which I deeply appreciated. In the end, I chose to go with the package offered by Craft Vision Digital, and I’m so glad I did.

Any changes I requested were handled swiftly and seamlessly, with no hassle at all. Madison was, and still is, incredibly responsive, which made the entire process feel smooth and reassuring.

One thing that was especially important to me was being able to manage and update the blog section of my website independently. The team fully honoured that, and once the website was completed, I was provided with a clear, step-by-step video guide to support me in doing this myself, such a thoughtful and empowering touch.

In addition to the website, the team also designed my logo, letterhead, and email signature, ensuring everything felt cohesive, professional, and aligned with my brand.

One area that could be improved is communication. There were occasions where clearer updates or more proactive communication would have helped avoid delays.
