We bought candles from you in the past and for this Christmas as gifts. The quality and the colours are beautiful. There was great care with the packaging and delivery was very swift. Thank you.

Thanks for your care with my order and for getting it out so quickly so close to Christmas, much appreciated!

Very quick delivery

Impressed by the fantastic customer service, excellent price and fast shipping. I ordered online, which was very easy, excellent e-commerce experience. I had my product the next day. Everything was exactly as described and amazingly well packaged. Highly recommend this seller.

I received fushia earrings which are beautiful and another set of the really cute ceramic robins. Really well packaged and quick delivery. Love to buy online from Irish businesses like the Craft shop as they truly appreciate it

Excellent.

Went to order new Birkenstocks on a Sunday evening but didn't know if I was to order narrow or regular fit so sent The Craft Shop in Bantry a message. Didn't think I hear from them for a couple of days but they got back to me that same evening!
Ordered my new shoes the same evening and they were posted out to me the following day!
And they fit perfectly!
Couldn't recommend The Craft Shop in Bantry enough - top class service & a huge stock of colours & styles!

I hadn’t heard of Craft Shop Bantry before and I checked the Trust Pilot reviews before ordering.
I’m very impressed with the amazing service! Not only did they have the item I wanted in stock (sold out in the size everywhere else) the email updates were frequent and timely.
I received the package in great order and delivered in less than a week (which included a weekend)
I’m delighted - as is the recipient, and I have no hesitation in recommending Craft Shop Bantry.
