Pleasure to deal with, very prompt delivery and they have a fantastic range of Birkenstock which I love!
Would definitely recommend and will use again!

I live in the United States, and I have been searching for the Birkenstock Bryson boot in a size 40 Regular/Wide for months. They only sell the narrow version in the US, and you can't order from Birkenstock stores in other countries because they won't ship outside of the country they are in. Finally, I found the exact pair I was looking for at The Craft Shop Bantry, and after emailing back and forth with the shop, I purchased a pair of boots. They shipped promptly and arrived in plastic-free packaging in perfect condition. I am so excited to wear them in the fall, and I'm so grateful that the store ships to the US.

The Communication was great. My Birkenstock shoes arrived quickly and I love it. Thank you very much for everything.

Absolutely perfect experience with The Craft Shop and with the staff. More than helpful, even calling to ensure my order would be right.
Highly recommended.

It’s the little things that make a huge difference, hand written address, no plastic packaging, beautifully wrapped in brown paper. The hand written personal note is just wonderful. Postage was two days after order. Fantastic service
