Fantastic shopping experience
Easy to order and see the progress, could see every part of the process. Customer services actually respond to you enquires promptly too! Was my first time ordering from here as to be honest I'd never heard of them, but will definitely be back and recommend them to all my crafting friends

I'm sorry to hear you've been waiting for your order. I've had a look into it and can see the Cricut Explores are on a 1 to 2 week delivery at the moment due to a shortage in Europe. This is shown on the delivery information on this product and tracking page. If you are in urgent need of a machine we have the Cricut Maker 3 (in stock) and can offer you a discounted price as an upgrade. Alternatively, the Explore 3s are due in within the next week and your order will be sent as soon as the stock arrives.

Great online customer service before I…
Great online customer service before I purchased - not pushy sales team just helpful and gave options - I received the machine and part of my order which enabled me to get started then I received a bonus box of amazing items which I didn't realise was part of the deal so it was a lovely surprise (I'd forgotten it was coming in my excitement) so don't rush out and buy lots before you know the order is complete !!

brillient service and goods
came within 3 days of order and on a weekend, The machine is amazing , they also upgraded the machine which is amazing ....no negatives at all .

Cricut joy
We bought my daughter a cricut joy for her birthday. This bundle was a great price and also came with free gifts. Communication was excellent and delivery was super quick. Would purchase from here again.
