First Class Service

Logo design was bang on first time, delivery was quicker than expected, and quality of items was first class. Would definitely use again.

Workwear

I am really pleased with the work wear that I ordered. Really good value for the money. From start to finish my order arrived within two weeks approx. Well worth the wait.

outstanding service

great service, great product, great value, paid £126 for 4 polo shirts, 2 sweat shirts, fleece and proper water proof jacket and embroided looks very professional and couldn't be any more happy, highly recommended, will use again thank you

Excellent customer service

Rapid responses, excellent communication, very good quality embroidery, excellent value for money, and fast delivery. 12 items ordered. I switched to Craft Kings after being messed around by other companies, and I would recommend Craft Kings 100%. Thanks very much guys

Appalling quality of embroidery on various items

Read the reviews and the responses from Craft Kings- they speak for themselves.

**Edit- Alex from Craft Kings called me out of hours to be abusive over the phone and try to make me change my review after claiming that my review was inaccurate. As expected and in his usual fashion, Alex has responded in an aggressive and threatening manner below.**

Ordered 5 times over the last 6 months, most recent orders came to over £665 and embroidery was appalling quality on 7 items of the clothing (different items and sizes) and took 3 weeks to be delivered. How these items passed quality control to be sent out, I am astounded. Contacted customer service with photos of all items whom wanted all items to be returned in order to be replaced, however due to the delivery time we had no option other than to issue this uniform to Staff. We are a busy small business ourselves and do not have time to use suppliers that will waste our time by providing poor quality product and then expecting the customer to take time out of their business to correct mistakes made by a supplier.
I requested that a total embroidery fee of £31.85 (4.8% of total order value) is refunded to us for the poor quality work. A very reasonable remedy, Craft Kings eventually agreed to this.
After trying to support a small business, we will be moving uniform supply elsewhere due to the lack of care, attention to detail and customer service.

Good evening.
I will at the tread of communication as occurred to clear out this whole situation.
Mcd care emailed in regards of 7 damaged out of their order that are not suitable for their business.
We apologise and we stated that we will arrange the return to us to be replaced asap.
Customer refused return and requested that now, even though the items are damaged, chose to still give them to the staff and only 2 are in person.
We stated that we can only replace items that are returned to us.
Customer requested the embroidery paid for those items.
We replied that we will process the refund .
Once we notified the customer that the refund it’s being processed, the customer left some review stating that we are refusing to process the refund.
after the second review it’s been added we contacted her that we are fine to get the feedback in a form of negative review however it should only contain true statement, to avoid any legal issue.
Above that we provided as many information in regards of why the items need to be returned to be replaced but I could not finish any sentence in full.
I’ve been meet with hostility and few good profanity that can’t be shared here.
we do have however the whole communication threads as well the call transcript.
I do urge the customer to share the abuse done via email to us or even here if truspilot allows it.
We already corrected the issue with the quality check since it’s a human error and we take this feedback as a way to improve our service further and retain the staff that needs it.
I do feel sorry you had to go through this Nikki, however you do need to understand that the items that you claimed unusable and then distributed to be used by your staff need to be returned to be replaced. It’s quite a common practice to provide businesses by abusing the return policy.

First time user, amazing!!

Received my order very quickly. Logo was exactly what and where I wanted it to be. Clothing feels good quality. I often have issues with the badge rubbing on my check and nipple but this was not the case with this company. Absolutely over the moon!

Everyone comments how nice my work wear is.

I will be ordering any work clothing i need from here in future.

Also staff very helpful, I had to call due to my emails not working and the issue was quickly fixed.
