I ordered online. On the same day, Monday, a lovely person called me because she thought I had made a mistake with my address (which doesn't autofill). The item was then sent from Qld to Vic and I received the item on Thursday. The item was exactly as described. I'm very happy.

Instead of cancelling the order you replaced it with a more expensive costume. That costume is the same theme as the costume that I ordered with no additional costs to me.
