Every time I order the product it is out of stock. I select an other type still out of order. Don't take an order when you know it's out of stock. I've been dealing with this issue for over a month.

Dear customer, we offer free delivery for orders over 150€, but also shipping upgrade options for faster delivery.
After checking our records you selected to upgrade to express shipping option which is not free.
It is at least unfair to criticize us for an option you made.
