Very disappointing quality and customer service — almost €300 wasted
I ordered a pair of leather pants from Cozy Worldwide, paying almost €300 including shipping. Unfortunately, what I received looked nothing like the product shown on the website.
The pants had a very cheap-looking black finish, were extremely stiff and uncomfortable to the point that they were practically impossible to walk in, and several of the details shown in the product photos were simply missing from the pants I received. For the price I paid, the quality was nowhere near what I expected based on the website's presentation.
I contacted customer service within a reasonable timeframe to explain that I was unhappy with the product and wanted to return it for a refund. Instead of providing me with a return address or properly assisting me with the return, customer service repeatedly offered me a coupon for a future purchase.
I have no interest in making another purchase from this company after this experience. I paid almost €300 for an item that did not match the product advertised, and I still have not received my money back.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the way my refund request was handled. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from Cozy Worldwide.

Bought the spike studded skinny black jeans and they took what felt like ages to ship since they were being sent from Vietnam, but now I have the coolest pair of jeans I've ever seen just sitting in my wardrobe, which is pretty cool.

Doesn't look or feel cheap (in my unprofessional opinion) and they state that it's made of '100% cotton denim', but the brand is usually very, very vague on their website; I had to contact them via Instagram to get help with sizing, in which they responded the next day in moderately good English. I recommend sizing up and keeping in mind that their clothes are mainly suited for very skinny and very tall people, which is why i can only wear the jeans with platforms or heels. Rarely gives information on what material their clothes are actually made of. I also suspect that the descriptions for the clothes are AI generated, which would be a shame as the designs are very artistic.

After reading many other reviews before and after buying it seems like a bit of a gamble buying from this brand, too, so maybe I just got lucky. Who knows!

Unprofessional, and faulty products! Would not recommend buying from this brand, you’re most likely going to get scammed and get no refund. This company needs to be held accountable and shut down. DO BETTER!

Got scammed. Order was quite expensive and paid for express delivery. Emailed them 4-5 times and they asked for Order number and after that never heard from them, even after contacting them again.

Bought once and everything went perfect, but got scammed in my second order, they never shipped it. They dont even answer emails. Its a gamble to buy from them.

i ordered a week ago and paid 50$ for express delivery because i’m leaving the us,(where i wanted it to get delivered) 5/7 days did they say.. i didn’t even got a message that they sent it so i paid extra and still have to wait.

sent them 2 emails to ship the package, change the address or cancel the order and still no anwser.. on instagram the same

i’m really disappointed
