Order " delayed" expect next working day. 3 working days later, nothing. . Asked for refund or replacement. Got neither so far.
Order still "delayed". But elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous.

was sceptical because of the bad reviews......

but I had no issues ordering my XL chicken coop at all!
delivered within 2 days. super fast
items was neatly and safely packaged and in perfect condition
couldnt be happier

however....

I will say there is no excuse for bad customer service. so the manager of this company should be sacking off whoever is rude over the phone. its your reputation on the line, nooone elses!!

and as for damaged items or missing items.
consider some quality control. at least then if there is issues with missing items you can resolve there and then before it ships...

also if you check for damages before shipment and make a note on each order ..and the items arrive with the customer with damage.. you know it will be the delivery drivers fault ?

Offence customer service do not use unless you want to be scammed out of your money for broken product.

Incredibly rude customer service. Disgusting way to talk to customers when the fault of poorly made items and missing parts lies with the company itself. After this terrible year you would think to be so much more appreciative of your customers. Congratulations..you destroyed your own business.

Absolutely shocking customer service and products are that flimsy they don’t last longer than a few weeks.

Hundreds of pounds have been wasted by many people I know who have purchased from this company. Tried to approach their customer service team, however the response received from them was absolutely vile!

Put your money into better, more professional and friendly companies whose products are more efficient and longer lasting.

My RC03 cage arrived with 3 broken bars, I had to sort this issue out myself it super glue as I was too worried to talk to the customer services about it when they have been rated so badly.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered for a Christmas present and it came in separate deliveries, when questioned they said it will be shipped February at the earliest! Even if I return my first part of the delivery, I am unsure they will send me a full refund simply because I questioned the situation.

Wish I could give it one stars. Awful customer service. Understand the delay with products due to Christmas and Covid but even a simple question is answered rudely. Thank god I only bought something small from you and not a whole cage. Glad I went with a Savic Royal Suite and not a Cosy Pet anything.

Vile company. Owner is a rude, self intitled, arrogent, a*rsehole. Speaks to customers with a horrible attitude and like they are dirt on his shoe. Never ever ever purchase from this company, they also send faulty products and refuse to send the missing pieces

Awful customer service, patronising “owner” and extremely shady terms and conditions. Buyer beware. Some people just really should avoid any customer service roles if they don’t have the temperament or maturity to be professional throughout.

The customer service representative is absolutely disgusting and rude. Making false claims and accusations, threats and refusing to admit fault where due. This is a terrible company as are the products they sell.
Received an item with multiple parts missing and others damaged, they then refused to replace or refund anything.
