I am a very unsatisfied customer. I bought a pair of shoes from Cozymaison, they were too small for me and when I asked about exchanging them I was given an address in China. The cost of the postage was higher than the price of the shoes. When I highlighted this I was told that I could keep the shoes and that they would refund 30%of the cost of them. I eventually after an exchange of emails managed to get 40%of the cost refunded plus I got to keep the shoes which are of no use to me. This is a SCAM company. , avoid ordering from Cozymaison at all costs!!

Ik heb een artikel besteld en betaald. Het is niet fatsoenlijk geleverd, dwz het pakket is bij de deur gelegd foto gemaakt door vervoersbedrijf maar ik heb NOOIT een pakket gevonden de vervoerder legt verantwoording bij Cozy maison en omgedraaid. Kortom ik heb veel geld betaals voor niets en niemand neemt de verantwoording. In mijn ogen is dit hetzelfde als diefstal! Nu vraag ik om hetzelfde artikel nogmaals te bestellen maar achteraf betalen maar dat is geen optie! Vreemd ik moet mij dus laten bestelen maar achteraf betalen kan niet. Waarom omdat ze weten dat beiden onbetrouwbaar zijn! Koop hier niets

the delivery took a bit longer but the customer service was on point! very assertive & helpful!

Total crap item delivered in bad condition after waiting nearly 4 weeks, an icy cool fan they said, definitely not, I straightened out the damage, used it for 2 hours and it was so noisy we couldn't have it on, I tried to return it, but spent 2 weeks with emails back and forth asked to take video and ended up fixing it myself, scam company selling overpriced Chinese rubbish at high prices, keep clear, do not use

Blijkt een bedrijf dat via China besteld en hun spullen niet nakijkt of deze waarheidsgetrouw zijn met hun beschrijving. Voedselcontainers besteld, volgens website 620 en 420 ML. In het echt 450 en 250ml. Ook vooral plastic ipv RVS. Kortom, beter direct op TEMU bestellen, ben je minder geld kwijt. Retourneren bij cozyhouse vooral op eigen kosten, naar China!

J'ai passé une commande d'une paire de pantoufles le 02/12, au bout de 2 semaines je me suis inquiétée car rien arrivé. On m'a signalé qu'il y avait eu un souci sur le traitement. Qu'une on m'envoyer le colis le 22/12, à ce jour toujours rien malgré mes demandes, on me fait patienter en me faisant une remise et remboursement de 5€ 🙄, c'est pas ce que je demande je veux les pantoufles pour mon mari qui se gèle les pieds...
J'aurais dû lire les commentaires avant de commander car je n'aurais jamais commandé
Là on me ballade, mais en vérité je ne recevrait jamais mon colis, comme dit mon mari 😡
Car même pas capable de m'envoyer un lien pour le suivi de livraison, donc c'est bien qu'il y a un souci
Voilà malheureusement expérience et surtout arnaque car pas possibilité de payer par PayPal donc pas de recours... Je vais quand même alerter la DGCCRF pour voir si recours et surtout alerter
