If I could give this company a -100 that’s what I would do every review says exactly the same as what I’m about to say if only I’d review this company before I bought this week the colour is completely different to what it is on their website the design of the wig is a completely different style. The whole thing is completely different. They do not reply to your emails. They ignore everyone that you send. There customer service is beyond diabolical and if I could advise anybody please read the reviews before you buy anything from this company because companies these days seem to be getting worse and worse they don’t care about their customers. All they care about is making money and ripping people offshame on them. But this one , is by far the worst as literally NOT ONE positive review. More people that write about this, the more we stand a stance

Awful company to do business with. After several attempts to get refund following their refund instructions, I didn’t hear back from them again.Terrible business practices.

I wouldn’t give them one star they don’t deserve it but it’s the only way to leave a message. I have tried to cancel my order option to refuse delivery but they tossed it on porch and took off so trying to return to shipper and the return addy not available . This is their way of kicking you when your down women don’t order toppers for fun we are going through hair loss and want to still feel good this is nothing like the one on Instagram it’s suppose to frame your face but it’s only layers on one side.GARBAGE hair BAD customer Service and just another scam company taking advantage of woman trying to have a way to hide hair loss. The item hair topper was wrong color and cheaply made no way to get a refund .This is the second time I got a item that was not as advertised.Be careful what you get in FB most are from out of the country.

This company doesn’t even warrant one star. Do not buy from them. I ordered a hair topper which is awful quality and very obviously fake. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY. They will not refund my money and despite all my emails I keep receiving the same response offering me credit. I am going to pursue my right to a refund and I’m not letting them get away with this!!

you cannot exchange or get a refund .. the hair was not the colour stated or very good quality would not buy from this company

What a waste of money. Complete piece of crap arrived - nothing like the hair topper shown and doesn’t even have all of the clips to attach it. Do not use.

I would rate 0 stars if possible but I have to give 1 star to leave a review. I should have known better and done my research. I believed I had ordered a finger tip sensor that would measure blood glucose (advert indicated non invasive pulse oximeter and blood glucose monitor). What I received was a poor quality pulse oximeter. Digital display was squint and was upside down with respect to the wording on the external casing. Misleading sales pitch and shoddy quality

Is a scam, I payd for a product and they send me something else.
And they tell me if I am not satisfied with the product, I can send it back.
That’s mean more money and time.
I will never buy something for them again.

Company to avoid. This seems to be a central office that promote Chinese product with no stocks or any sort of control over the sale process. They just announce products and order them on our behalf from china. I ordered a product and received a completely different item. They solution was that I organize and pay to return the products and only than thy will credit it me the product cost. O suggest you buy directly form Aliexpress and do not take risks.
