The people really made a big difference. Wish I had found before wasting money with carshield or complete auto care. Both companies are jokes. I feel really good with these guys, we’re not pushy at all and I could totally understand them!!!!

Amazing Support from Start to Finish!
I had an excellent experience with Nicole Severin and Joseph Dipaola at Coverage X. Both of them took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns about my new auto warranty policy and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I haven’t filed the claim yet but had to reach out because I need to. The representative that helped me was Nicole Severin. She was very helpful and helped me understand my coverage reassuring me that I had even more coverage than I thought I had. She helped me find registered repair places in the area, and while she didn't make any recommendations she made sure there were options close enough for towing. Honesty I was so happy to hear an agent that could not only understand what I was saying but I could also understand her!! Such a breath of fresh air.

I was happy throughout the whole process. I talked to the first man very friendly and was explaining to me why I really need coverage for my Van.Then he had another man talk to me and he was very polite and patient with me so that I could afford this coverage and when he was finished I talked to a woman and she completely finished the whole process.
