Hello James,
Thank you for your feedback, and I’m truly sorry for the frustration this caused. The experience you described is not the standard we aim to deliver.
Please be advised that our information is compiled from publicly available sources, including courthouses, white pages, vital records, and social networks. While we strive for the highest level of accuracy, variations in public records may result in occasional discrepancies.
Regarding the premium upgrade offer — we never want customers to feel upsold, especially when they’re not fully satisfied with the initial results. I apologize for how this came across.
We want to make things right. I have checked your account and rest assured that one of our agents has already canceled your account, and no further charges will occur.
If there’s anything specific you’re still trying to find, please feel free to reach out—we’d be more than happy to assist.
Sincerely,
