Thanks for your review.

We do have live study sessions and we also have tutor support over the phone and email, you have to join the sessions and communicate with your tutor to attend them of which you did not. We have supported you throughout the whole process and I can provide evidence of call logs and emails to back this up.

There is no such thing as a two part programme and customers can check our website to prove this, we don’t do an IT Technician and Cyber Security programme together, they are individual programmes. Even if there was a two part programme you didn’t even complete the ‘IT technician courses’ within the bundle, the main course for an IT technician is the A+ and you only completed half of it.

A consultant did not call you and assess that you was job ready either, you asked us to help find you entry level roles and although you hadn’t completed your training we tried to help you with a partner company who had some opportunities at the time. This is completely out of our job guarantee but we tried to help you based on what was available to people with no certifications or experience.

Unfortunately you were not proactive although we kept trying to assist you. You did not act proactively when put forward to employers and lost the opportunity with our partner company for an IT technician role by not being responsive enough to them, we had to chase you to respond to them and fill in the assessment. A role we secured you without even being certified may I add.

We then tried to help you into other roles but again you was not proactive enough nor was you responsive to us to the point we was emailing you with no response. The job links sent to you were not fake job adverts, corrupted links etc, they were links to entry level roles you were looking for and active jobs.

Most importantly, we helped you even though you was not certified and did not complete your courses which we had no obligation to do. Our partner companies require qualified students of which you were not but we continued to seek out entry level roles that could be suitable.

Our job guarantee clearly states that you have to complete your courses and exams which you did not. It would have been valid if you had done so.

Long story short, you didn’t put in the work to study the courses you needed to study to active your job guarantee, you studied only half of the A+, the Network+ and the ITF+.

You did not complete the Azure Fundamentals, the Security+ or the CySA+

No company is going to hire you in cyber security without any experience or without having any theoretical knowledge, you have to be realistic and accountable for your own shortcomings which is your lack of dedication to the training.

I can also provide emails throughout the whole year of your training to show you was not ignored. In fact you did not respond to us properly and we had to chase you.

We completely refute this illegitimate and slanderous review that is merely a last ditch attempt to try and scare us into offering you a refund which is why you are continuing to email us asking for money after leaving this review.

If the only conversation you want with the owner is to ask him for money like you did previously then there is no point in asking for a conversation, we provided you with everything you purchased, it was your choice not to complete the training despite numerous attempts to encourage you to do so.

It is a shame you are not satisfied but if you had put the work in and actually studied the courses the outcome would have been different. You have to be dissatisfied with your own effort towards the programme.

Unfortunately we cannot perform miracles and if that makes us the worst company in the world we will have to accept that.
You can’t expect to be guaranteed a job into an industry you haven’t put the effort to study towards getting into.

I am a bit confused by this review.

I have tried to reach out to you to gain more information.

To address the points made:

1. Our consultants are not sales people, we try to give you the facts and information as it is instead of being too ‘salesy’ so we wouldn’t try to overly ‘big up how good we are.’ We would prefer you to just have the information you need and decide for yourself based on that. Our calls are usually not vague and we even follow up by providing videos, PDFs and emails of what to expect from our programme so you can have as much information as possible.

2. A number of our negative reviews on here are from a competitor company in an attempt to slander us, they are not legitimate reviews. No company has 100% positive reviews and you cannot keep everyone happy but if you read through them you’ll see the truth from our replies.

3. The point of trustpilot is that we can respond to give the facts as they are, which is what we intend to do.

4. In terms of the price, I do not know what else I can tell you except that we try to be as competitive onprice as possible and make sure we can make it affordable for everyone looking to do a programme like this.

To respond to your update on your review (although you’ve now removed certain parts such as the part where you lied about us emailing you, complained about the CEO contacting you and also called us combative, the facts can remain to be seen):

1. Nobody has emailed you since you left this review.

2. The CEO rang you and text you saying 'Hello Declan, I’m calling from Course2Career and I have just seen your review on trustpilot. It would be good to have a chat to find out what is wrong because usually most people don’t have a bad experience from speaking to us. I actually own the company my name is Aaron and it’s important for me to get feedback from people like yourself so we can understand as a business where we have gone wrong.

When’s a good time to chat?'

As you can see the company CEO called you and messaged you to ask about your experience and improve the customer experience in the future if we did anything wrong. The intent from the call was to answer any concerns you may have had from your initial conversation with us as proven from the text message shown.

3. On review of the 7 minute 10 second phone call you had with one of our consultants I can confirm she explained the courses included, the time frame it takes to study, the exams included, the support from mentors/tutors, the recruitment support, salary expectations, the cost, the payment options and you was also explained that a full breakdown of the programme has been emailed to you.

You was asked at least 3 times if you had any questions to which you said no every single time. The last time she asked if you had any questions you said 'No you have basically answered all the questions that I was going to ask anyway' so I am struggling to comprehend what was vague.

To conclude: At this point you are just picking fault for no reason even when we are going out of our way to address your concerns and the CEO reaches out to you. Most people would see this as exceptional customer service for the business owner to go out of their way to address any potential wrongdoings by the business. Especially when based on review of the call the consultant had with you they could not have given you any more information than they did, nor did you ask for any more information or ask any questions.

It is not combative for us to address the mistruths presented in your review. You are misrepresenting the truth which can be detrimental to our business and we have the right to tell the truth.

Nobody emailed you since you left this review and the sales consultant was definitely not vague, this if factual.

As I said previously you cannot keep everyone happy and even through we have reached out and tried to listen to your concerns and communicate with you, you have instead decided to complain again.

We pay Reed to advertise with them. Please report us directly to our account manager who deals with our adverts. It’s listed as a course and if you read the description on the advert as well as the 3 questions that are mandatory to answer you’d realise one of them clearly says you have to fund your training.

You would know this if you had paid attention to what you are applying for.

The advert clearly asks you if you are willing to fund your own training and even asks if you understand it’s a training programme with job placement. This is all asked before you submit your application, you decided to still apply after being clearly informed what it was in the advert description and also after reading questions to confirm you understand.

Please do not blame your error in application on us and call us a scam. These adverts are allowed on Reed and it clearly states it’s a course.

Your review if anything is only showing that you have not read something properly. Next time you are applying for things online it may be advisable for you to read what you are applying for.
