To re-iterate what others have said. Found on google search. Website looks legit and had same name as an independent store. Made payment different name showed on my account. No confirmation email received or goods

This changed from ordering to paying as did the phone number when I went to chase up delivery of my cooker. I’ve never felt so humiliated and angry at the same time . So ordered and paid 25th June screenshot email came through for me to confirm name address then nothing money came out account 29 June ecodata and a ref number. I then tried to e mail them that’s when e mail went from .co Uk to .com on the site - I then tried ringing first time was the owner of countycookshops telling anyone ringing it was a cloned business . I then rang again to record what he was saying on the original shop number 441580714003 and it tried to divert me to 0643321233 I put the phone down after screenshotting and contacted my bank. That was last week. I have just spent another hour and half this morning getting it reported as “impersonating an actual business” do not let it go those of you that have lost money on this site. I’ve had to have cards stopped and I’ve had to declare everything I said is the truth. But it’s taken so long and at a time when you are ill it’s added stress. Money will be paid back but not just on a say so you have to have dates, times, emails, bank data ready. Please be ready because it is mentally draining. Be prepared.

For people who aren't sure how to get their money back. I Just got my money back today with Lloyds Bank I had to wait 15 days after my payment was taken before I could dispute with Lloyds. Then I had to wait approx 5 days until I got a reference from Lloyds. Then after repeated continous online chat with Ai on Lloyds online chat ( just keep texting to speak to associate) or better to RING bank , then Lloyds sent me a email for me to email my evidence which i had to include the Lloyds ref given to me. My evidence was all these screenshots here on Trust Pilot. Why don't banks act quicker when we report to save other people getting scammed. Scammers win when some people don't dispute it. Anyone on here go who need help then please go to citizens advice for someone to help you. Or ring your bank and explain you need help disputing to get your money back. Bank told me fraud department can't help, also doesn't come under "scam" but it does come under " never received item from seller" of course not, tried to explain to bank- it's a scam. Just glad I've got my money back. Lloyd's say "sellers" have 45 days to dispute it. To the Scammers get yourself a proper job and do some clean living.

Ordered a lawnmower on 23rd June got email back asking to check my details are all correct. They said it would take 4 to 10 days once despatched. Tried ringing number but it came up international call France. Waiting on Virgin to get back to me. Anyone got there money back.? SCAM.

Avoid at all costs. I ordered a set of ninja knives looked genuine thought it was the county cook shop in Kent. IT ISNT ITS A SCAM!! County cook shop have now put up a voicemail saying if you ordered from this site it's a scam and nothing to do with them. They are also scamming at countybookshop com.luckilymy bank have refunded me. total scum!

Same here, convincing website and no confirmation of the order placed. Now a lot of hassle with Lloyds bank who wouldn't and says couldn't cancel the pending payment, so 4 days after ordering the payment went through. £459.00

Lessons leant, annoyed with the bank.

One good thing, the website is no longer available 3 July 26.

This is a scam website, l got scammed out of £128 l have to wait 30 days before my bank First Direct will look at trying to get my money back. ALL THE GOVERNMENT FAUD PEOPLE AND POLICE KNOW THIS IS A SCAM BUT ITS STILL ON GOOGLE ETC. WHAT CHANCE HAVE OLDIES 79 LIKE ME HAVE IF THE POWERS TO BE CANNOT SORT IT.

It looks so real. Beware to use County shop online. They take money but never deliver the email and goods.

Also scammed. Didn't hear from them for about 16 days then found these reviews. No reply to emails. Reported to bank's fraud team.

Site is a scam. Do not buy. Absolute fuming that I didn't cop it myself. Call the number and it will confirm this is a scam.

Payment goes to a 'Sofia Els' in Manchester for business/educational services. Obviously not Cook shop down south.

I now have to wait 15 days before the bank will let me dispute my £209 payment.

This is a fraudulent website. Police aware. The shop is genuine but this webiste isnt. DO NOT order anything from here.

Yeah, Scam-site… Luckily my Bank saved-me & wouldn't let the payment go through…But the site genuinely seems so real(istic) & well organised…
+ I'm Disappointed that I wasted time, even giving them the time of day!😤…Because I thought I'd found my item at a good/affordable price!😒😕

Scam site, not linked to shop apparently, will take your money under Diner Llc on your card but you won't get what you ordered. Scam site, beware.

Fake website. Do not use under any circumstances !

Found via Google ad, Googled reviews, Google said the store had good ratings, but the online site had issues, like delayed deliveries, etc. Not unusual for a small company. Placed my order, money taken, but no confirmation email. Found Trustpilot, and the reviews confirmed my fears. Contacted the bank straight away. Google should be ashamed of itself.

After paying online, no confirmation it's being done.i phoned company after 2 days, my money was cleared .I was told. Its a fake website.
But using their name.
So I reported it. Demanding my money back. Let's see what my bank has to say
There was no warning its a spam.

Updating my review, after my order on 24th June, I was told it's a scam, I rang my bank. They said I have to wait 1 month, give them 1 month to respond, looks like my bank contacted them.
I got email from countycookshops.com
Saying thanks for the order, please check my details are correct, if not correct them. My order will be shipped ASAP, could take 4 weeks after shipped.
I keep replying back the same email they sent. Not replying,
Looks like I won't get anything back
