Fantastic customer service!!!! Craig is super knowledgeable about all his products and was excellent in helping me make the right choices and sizing. I also had a small problem with the website order (my bad), it was quickly resolved by Craig allowing me to do a workaround to ensure I got all my goodies. So nice to be able to pick up a phone and talk to someone. Highly recommend, absolutely fab. Thankyou

Just bought the Jack Pyke Countryman Vest for husband. He was very pleased with the quality, style, fit, etc. Ordering was easy and delivery quick with tracking details provided. Definitely recommend the company - as well as the vest!

Best customer care and fantastic company
Wonderful experience it’s like shopping in the old days when a human actually answer the phone and deals with whatever the problem is. Value the customer.
Good & comprehensive web site. Good payment transaction security. Packaging and delivery excellent, incl. regular tracking communications. Would appreciate a refund time to be quicker than stated 14+ days.

Sound advice, great assistance....
This is long overdue but it does mean that I have had a fair amount of time to really consider my response. The biggest plus point of The Country Catalogue is Craig. He has to be one of the most helpful and genuinely friendly people around. Its an extra added bonus that he gives great advice and knowledge too. He really helped advise me on my purchases and was absolutely spot on. Thank you so much Craig. I absolutely love my Pinewood jackets - both of them!

They didn’t dispatch the parcel until I…
They didn’t dispatch the parcel until I prompted them I week after I ordered it. (They denied that, but it was fact) They used Royal mail 48hr tracked and it took 4 days to get to me. Even though I had promises from both that they were delivering next day. The company just quote you their stats and contractual obligations and deny any fault instead of following up with Royal Mail. I had to check with RM and they say they were tracking it, which they were not. They didn’t even offer to get me a refund on the postage. Which wasn’t cheap. Won’t use again!

Whilst we are disappointed that you are unhappy with the service you could at least be honest in your review rather than telling untruths to cause damage. As you are well aware you received a refund on postage in full on 30th May to your PayPal Account.
Our MD also wrote you as below:-
"I am sorry you are so unhappy and I have tried, politely, to explain. I thought it worth capturing a few points:-
1. The parcel was sent when we could and it was ready and not as prompted by you, that is incorrect.
2. I quoted statistics not to try and anger you but to try and instil confidence of this being a rare event. This is normal practice. I have owned and been a Director of some very large companies and OTIF measurements are vital to a business success and deliverance of strategy and good practice.
3. I am sorry I don’t know why Royal Mail couldn’t gain access and nor why they collected late, however, both have bene reported to them under complaint reference 1-9373275780
4. I have continued to track your parcel and see it was delivered at 1045hrs this morning
5. The “issue of concern” is obvious and clearly frustrating and to answer your question, the Parcel was with Royal Mail and you can see from the label for how long it has been.
I hope you can now enjoy your product and I am sorry that our service and that of our logistic partner has disappointed on this occasion."
We were polite and factual throughout in response to your rather short messages. We despatched when we said we would, in line with our delivery terms clearly stated on our website and most definitely not as a "prompt". Royal Mail did not collect on time and failed to deliver on time. You are also incorrect that the service used was a Track 24 as you had paid for and not a track 48.
By all means criticise but be truthful and honest please. You also had copy of our complaint number to Royal Mail as in the mail above so you will want to also correct your untruth in this matter too.
We look forward to seeing your corrections to reflect the truth on your review.

Parcel was not dispatched as advised
The parcel was not dispatched as it should have been. I chased it up and received a prompt and polite reply guaranteeing a new delivery date. It did not arrive on that date either.
