It was very easy to order my Trousers
It was very easy to order my Trousers, delivery was super quick. My husband is very pleased with them. They fit perfect, are comfortable and especially like the vents in the trouser leg to let air in on a warm day.

Excellent, a slight hiccup with supply problem at the beginning but quickly and courteously dealt with, no problem. Goods as advertised and well packed.

Poor delivery service
Hi
You use dpd for delivery, the parcel had 3 addresses on it, 54 Dalestorth twice and 56 once, I messaged them to leave it in a safe place the shed. The parcel was left at 56 Dalestorth underneath a car. Lily we actually spotted it and took it. The product looks very good.

I returned a faulty shirt months ago…
I returned a faulty shirt within the company’s terms. Dispatched from them on 18th sep which I received on the 20th sep. I sent at least 3 mails over a month period requesting a refund because a replacement was not available with not a single response, if I had received a response from my many emails I would not have had to leave a poor review. Very poor communication 😡😡😡😡
**UPDATE I NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND JUST GOT THREATENED WITH COURT ** . Shirt has been returned 3 times now. I’m within my rights to a refund as I bought it from your company, you have my money not the supplier. IS THIS SOME SORT OF JOKE!! Based on my experience I would not recommend you buy from The country catalogue.

The sad thing about Trustpilot is that is allows customers to make up their own story to try and damage well-meaning companies. Some facts around this:- 1) Order placed 15/9 at 1535. 2) Fault reported 23/9 3) Shirt received on 01/10 in a crumpled up mess with no packaging and a request for a new product 4) Supplier has not been able to supply, anyone can check this by visiting the G&J website and as this is a warranty issue it is out of the hands of CC. 5) 15/10 customer changes mind about a replacement despite warranty claim under way and wants a refund! CC will honour the refund despite no response to warranty claim and product being returned outside of our normal terms and conditions. So the false claims about "months ago" are simply untrue!
*** Yet More lies after our clear response and threats from the client. 17 minutes before editing a review we received this "I still have not received a refund or response to any of my emails, I’m very frustrated that the only communication I have received is from a bad trust pilot review I just want my money back asap, if it’s better to keep communicating via trust pilot I can keep leaving bad reviews and updates if you prefer " If this client tries to deal with your business please don't bother! Its a shame that Trustpilot can be abused this way!

Hard wearing comfortable boots
Have ordered from here before. Boots hard wearing and comfortable so got another pair. Delivery delayed but Craig was very helpful and kept in touch.

Gumtree Saxon wellington purchase
Very straightforward purchase having checked that my size of Gumtree Saxon wellingtons was in stock. So different to a previous attempt to buy the same boots elsewhere. DPD delivery was also on time and well informed.
