Received Order Confirmation and a shipping notification with tracking; however, 4 days after "shipment" the package had never even shown as picked up and moving in transit. I reached out via email to inquire what happened and waited 2 days. No response. I then emailed and asked for a cancellation of the order since it never left the country. Still no response. I have put in a dispute with my credit card company to hopefully get refunded that way.

DO not order from this company. I ordered off a bridal registry for a friend - on 2/3 for a shower on 2/20. After not receiving shipping by 2/14 inquired. They would not provide a shipping date. So I asked to cancel the order and be issued a refund. Which they confirmed they would, but never received, and they had the audacity to deducted from the refund a shipping fee!

I have a hard time believing this is even a real company, the products and service are so bad. I sent back the product I had ordered (sizing is insane - a large is more like a small) and never received a refund, nor any acknowledgment from the company that a return had occurred. They also make it intentionally difficult to initiate a return. Presumably because they know they'd be swamped with returned inventory since the product is poorly made and poorly sized.

CotonHouse needs to advertise themselves truthfully. I ordered 2 sets of underwear because the e-shop has in all the pages advertisement (when you open an item in the e-shop) about easy 30 days return policy. Underwear, although with great quality, was unfortunately totally misfitting. I didn´t find no link in my order or website about the returning instructions and I wrote to them. Quickly and politely I was informed that intimate clothing is non-returnable. The shop only sells intimate clothes! The company should be very clear about their returning policy and not give false information about easy 30 days return.

Vende completi intimi di Aliexpress a dieci volte il prezzo normale. Usa anche le stesse identiche foto di Aliexpress! Se non è una truffa questa... per fortuna mi sono accorta prima di ordinare e li ho presi su Aliexpress a 7-8 euro l'uno.

They sell underwear sets on Aliexpress for ten times the normal price. They also use the exact same photos as Aliexpress! If this isn't a scam... luckily I noticed before ordering and got them on Aliexpress for 7-8 euros each.

I ordered almost 3 weeks ago and when I track the status of my order it still shows as "Ordered - not yet shipped". They say goods are delivered between 5-7 business days. I wrote to them and they did not reply. Simply a scam.

Ho provato ad acquistare un bustino prendendo le misure e confrontandole attentamente con la guida taglie sul sito. È arrivato un prodotto che non si adatta assolutamente alle forme del mio corpo, inutilizzabile. Il sito promette materiali di qualità e comfort: al contrario, il prodotto ha un forte odore di plastica e materiale palesemente molto scadente. Non credo che degli slip con questo odore siano salutari da indossare.
Tra l'altro, mi sembra che sul loro sito web loro pubblichino solo le recensioni con 4 o 5 stelle.
