TL; DR summary - they are brilliant, amazing product, I was listened to every step of the way, just book them.

If like me a couple of months ago, you are looking for quotes for a garden room you’ll know how many companies are out there, all trying for the same thing. I came across Cosy from a Google search and I’m so glad I did. Nottingham based, but I’m in Manchester and although they travel I would never have known: they were far more prompt and accessible than any local contractor.

From the outset, I felt that what they offered was about me, rather than trying to fit into some set products. They listened. The solutions Mark offered both on the phone and later on site were creative and perfect. I have ended up with a garden room that I really wanted, and not a “closest fit it will do”

On site, I can’t tell you how easy the team are to work with. They are the politest and most considerate contractors I’ve ever had the pleasure of having in my home. The attention to detail was second to none, and the end result is nothing short of stunning.

Something that made the difference to me were that they are a one stop shop. I didn’t have to get a concrete base, flooring company, decorator or electrician in: Cosy sorted all of that out whilst giving me full control over the look and finish. There are therefore no arguments between contractors because these teams always work together and clearly have time and respect for each other. Everything was timed together, no delays, just a few days from start to finished and I simply had a key and a building ready to move in to.

I found them highly competitively on price, and very transparent when it came to pricing. The quality of the build is fabulous. I genuinely believe I have a better product than the other more expensive companies I was looking at (although I guess I’ll never know), but more importantly I’ve got the garden room that I wanted, rather than one that some random company wanted to build because it suited them.

Thanks to all of them, but particularly Andy and Mark who I had most dealings with, and I wish them every success in the future.

I would highly recommend COsy Garden Rooms. From the initial discussions with Mark, to coming up with a bespoke design that works for us to the finishing touches, their professionalism and craftsmanship are truly exceptional. Of all the people I have worked with in the past on various projects, these guys are a cut above. The finish of the workmanship is outstanding but most importantly they respect your home. Every evening they left our garden looking like it hadn’t been touched. If you’re thinking of having a garden room you couldn’t find anyone better.

From Mark properly discussing our needs to Dean and Andy’s excellent team during construction, I can’t fault Cosy Garden Rooms.

Feels like a proper permanent building as opposed to a garden room.

Everything was built to the proposed schedule with no delays, communication was excellent and the cost reasonable for what we’ve ended up with.

Mark was very patient, answering my questions and adjusting our quote through many, many different versions. Mark and Andy managed to figure out a way to work around our access issues to the rear garden, carefully measuring doorways etc and even offering a different base type as concrete wasn't possible.

Extra special thanks to James and the installation team who were outstanding. Working tirelessly through a heatwave and very carefully moving all materials through our house. Really nice bunch of guys too. They helped make the install as stress free as we could have hoped for!

Wow! What a brilliant set of guys! The garden room is just fantastic. Dean and his team have done an amazing job, they really care about every detail and making everything perfect. I had a number of very specific requirements, and they were very patient and made sure that it was all done. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

They REALLY care. Back in the “good old days” tradesmen took great pride in their work, but today you’d be hard pressed to find this.
CGR from start to finish, from design to final cleaning up, were superb.
Offering useful suggestions (all to my benefit, not theirs) regarding size, heating, build, electrics, WiFi, colours….. everything was carefully thought out.
In execution of the build..well, they worked their socks off!
Every member of the team was polite and thoughtful.
My friends and family are amazed at the final results, with many offers to sleep out in it or to consume a friendly glass or two of gin within its walls!

Cosy Garden Rooms have recently installed a 4 by 3 building we will use initially as a workshop.

Throughout the process, every member of the team, from the initial contact at the workshop in Langley Mill to the decorator, was pleasant, efficient and interested in providing what we wanted. We were not rushed at the design stage; we were helped to explore options.

Although the site wasn’t straightforward, they saw solutions not problems. We now have a flexible working/leisure space, built to a high standard, to enjoy. The team kept to the timetable set out at the beginning. They were respectful of our property and worked tidily – even our neighbours were impressed.

Based on our experience, we’re happy to recommend.

From start to finish this company worked so hard and so well together very polite people very clean and most important the garden cabin and veranda looks amazing hats off to the decorator whose work is of excellent standards

We cant recommend Cosy Garden Rooms enough. Absolutely fantastic customer service, prompt, polite, clean contractors and a quick and absolutely fantastic final product. We are over the moon with our new space. The quality of the Garden Room has exceeded our expectations. All of our friends and neighbours are equally impressed with the product, service and contractors.

I did a fair amount of research before committing to a garden room but it is well worth it.
It has released so much space in our house.
The other companies we looked at didn't give us that warm feeling, the prices were more or less comparable, some were way more expensive and there were cheaper options too but this felt right and with them being fairly local helped with our decision and we wasn't disappointed.
Cosy Rooms were very accommodating.
I changed my mind on quite a few things throughout such as position of the unit, size of the unit, number of sockets etc but Mark was cool about the alterations and re-sent quotes and designs accordingly without fuss.
The whole process was seamless, they turned up when they said they would which is a blessing these days, the lads left the garden clean and tidy every day even throughout the terrible rain on 1 of the days.
The unit looks great inside and out.
Special mention to the team that built it, Jamie, Jamie and James.....yeah that's right, great bunch of lads, professionals throughout.

I'm so glad we chose Cosy Garden Rooms. They are totally professional in every aspect of their business, from the initial phone call with Mark and his subsequent visit, followed by the team arriving to build the garden room, install electrics and finally, paint the inside.

We were amazed at the way they worked.
Day 1: lay the concrete base then prep for the next day.
Day 2 constructed the garden room
Day 3 interior walls and floor, install ceiling heaters, electrics & Internet connection
Day 4 final touches to the building, finish electrics, clear away depart midday
Day 5 & 6 Decorator - paint the interior and external door frames

James, Jamie Jay and others were extremely obliging. When they left, my garden was totally clear and all that remained was my beautiful garden room. Their attention to detail is amazing. It is perfect. I can't recommend them highly enough.

My art studio has just been completed and I’m blown away by the end result! At every stage and touch point CGR were superb and I’m not someone known for being falsely complimentary… The communication is great and they do exactly what they say they will to an agreed schedule. From inception to design finalisation and the final lick of paint it’s been a seamless pleasure. I may have been able to save a small amount of money by going elsewhere but CGR are a perfect example of the old adage ‘you get what you pay for’. I can thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering a garden room or similar. 👏👏👏👏CGR
