The Moses basket is beautiful but the customer service is dreadful. My Moses basket stand has come with no screws and one of the wooden toys are broken.
I emailed them, they said the screws would be there and they would have to speak to parcel force about the broken toy.
I have no screws! I have checked thoroughly. I replied and said that to them but I have not heard back. I have emailed three times with still no reply! I can’t have my baby sleeping on the floor! There is no contact number and I don’t honestly know what to do. It’s such a shame because the Moses basket and changing mat is beautiful!

What I liked:
- the ease of browsing the website
- price of the items seem reasonable

What I didn’t like:
- order sent in 2 different parcels - found out today as an important part of the order is missing. Wasn’t made aware of this fact at any stage of the ordering process. The customer service advisor I spoke to even said it’s not something that usually happens. They apologized but no offer of a partial refund for the delivery cost.
- the tuff tray is scuffed and has marks already on it. Really disappointed. Where on earth has this been stored? Was it quality checked before being sent out to me?

This is annoying as I planned on buying more items for Christmas for our garden and my child’s playroom. Going to have to weigh up the pros and cons to decide whether I want to order from here again. One things for sure, I can’t recommend this company to my followers or any of the other parents that are waiting for my review.

Piece of junk that stopped working in less than a month

I placed an order back in November and I still have not received it. I contacted customer service I received an automated message saying order was fulfilled. The tracking number is not valid that has been provided. Not sure what is going on and customer service is not responsive!!

We love Cosy products. My childminding setting is full of a wide range of items that have been ordered and delivered over the last few years. Customer service has been efficient in dealing with a couple of small issues we have had and everything has been sorted quickly. My main issue is what to choose to purchase next!

We received our shape viewers within a couple of days of ordering and we are over the moon with them. The quality is fantastic (always is with Cosy) and the children love using them to identify different shapes. Would 100% recommend!

We recently got some of the little wooden “Trog tower” houses from Cosydirect and they are perfect for our small world play set ups. They inspired us to make our own play characters and I’m sure they’ll go on to spark a lot more creativity and play.

There is still no sign of the sand we ordered and paid for on 14th July to equip a children's sand pit for summer this year. We are a charity staffed by volunteers and the funds for the children's play area have been donated in good faith for the benefit of local children. Clearly we are not going to set up a children's outdoor sandpit in October so this project will have to be deferred until 2024, and we will have to explain to our donors that due to shockingly poor service from a commercial company, CosyDirect, we will have to delay the start of this project.
It is absolutely appalling that CosyDirect has had our money for over three months and has failed to deliver the goods we ordered, or to keep us informed of any progress or delays without prompting from our part.

Prompt shipping, great products, what's not to love! Products came well packaged were delivered promptly. Great company for the above reasons but also because of the brilliant range of products stocked. I really recommend them for schools and homes looking for top quality learning resources.

We love Cosy! We have ordered a few things now... a few tuff trays/stands, guttering, pick and mix table and some loose parts. Every single time we order its fast service, nicely packaged, friendly customer service.

Good service, good product but needed sanding around a few screw holes

Ordered bamboo sheets for the first time. They're soft, but very thin. Also, the top sheet does not stay tucked in, very "slippery". They're cooler than other sheets, but probably won't order again.

We have nothing but love for this company and their products. We are a Nursery and Reception class with a Forest school on site. We have many resources for both indoor and outdoor and find them all to be extremely well made and hard wearing. The team are extremely helpful and handle queries quickly and efficiently too.

I have been so impressed with Cosy, I cannot recommend them enough! Their products are beautifully made and encourage children’s curiosity. They are well made and last! I love that they are natural and sustainably sourced. Their customer service have always been knowledgeable and go above and beyond. Thank you Cosy!

Brilliant, innovative products with a great company ethos and customer service - can’t recommend enough!

Cosy Direct are absolutely amazing. We have kitted our whole forest school out with Cosy products. The resources we have are made from beautiful wood and natural materials. Their customer services are brilliant and always available to help with any questions. I can’t recommend Cosy enough. I’m excited to get more Cosy products.

I have done both a school order and home order for my little one and everything was delivered quickly. Great selection of products on the website and fab quality!
