Warning!! Company will make you pay for your own returns so do not use as things can happen and you are left with a big loss so do not buy anything big ive now lost out on £150 and this is very negatively impacts my struggling family and my children will now be without bed
Edit: after this review company did reach out and offer me that they would return product for a fee of £20 so I accepted. Still a loss of £20 but a better option and I did agree to it. Thank you

I found this website while looking for a replacement rattan patio set. I found what I wanted and couldn’t believe how reasonable it was. I ordered the set and was kept informed re the courier delivery. The set arrived and I have to say I’m really chuffed. Fantastic value for money and good quality. Looks really nice

I bought a vanity table with mirror light for my granddaughter’s Christmas present! I loved the style of the Costway one even though is was a little more expensive but it was worth it!
It came very quickly and the delivery team kept me updated so was very reassuring! I can’t wait to give it to her and see her face light up! I would definitely recommend the product and Costway products!

I've been in the flat pack business for years and this product was the easiest to assembly and pure quality I've ever come across. Even the back boards were in 3 easy to handle parts and used screws rather than nails that usually ends up sticking out the other end. Written instructions with diagrams provided with a Q code linking you to a video for those quick ideas of how to put it together before you get your hands on any tools. WELL DONE for an excellent product, an excellent speedy delivery and an excellent customer service and all at an affordable price.

Absolutely terrible company.
First of all, they didn’t even dispatch my order until I called to complain. The delivery supposedly came but left without leaving a card, and I was in all day — so I don’t believe they even tried to deliver it.

When I spoke to them, they said it would come again the next day, but then claimed it was signed for by someone called “RAJ.” I have no idea who that is, and I still haven’t received anything.

Now it’s the weekend, and the tracking says it’s “out for delivery” again — but I seriously doubt it will arrive. As of 11/10/2025, I still don’t have my delivery.

An absolute joke of a company and a complete waste of time.

Update - 13th of October. I can't reply, so I will update my review. They did not attempt delivery; this is a lie, as I have staff in the store during delivery hours. Furthermore, I was told that someone would call me 30 minutes before, and that they would give it to next door; this was never done. Just to go further, I have the CCTV footage that shows no one tried to make the delivery. If I could give them zero stars, I really would. Also, I still don't have my delivery and don't think I will get it today as well.

They have excellent quality goods at extremely reasonable prices which means a lot in today's climate. You even get bonus points added for every purchase! Highly recommend Costway.

Very well priced, ordering very easy, contact from delivery Company arrived (a little late, but we were home)

I would score 0 but not an option. So called exceptional service doesn’t exist. 2 women in the office whose only job apparently is to direct you to an email address their words not mine. Discount not applied. Delivery came next day however should have received 4 boxes containing 2 items only 1 box arrived so cannot even make 1 complete item. After waiting another few hours to get through got told sometimes things will be on different pallets but was told will have the rest of the items yesterday. (Monday as they don’t deliver on weekends) Didn’t happen so took a day off for nothing. Still no idea when I will receive my order. Been told if not there doesn’t matter as driver will leave at the front door and take a photo to prove they left it. From that I gather if it goes missing before I get home it will be tough luck as they will have a photo.

Product not as described and at the moment doesn’t seem fit for purpose but unable to comment further as unable to fully assemble without all the bits. If nothing else arrives definitely not fit for purpose. Have already charged me and if I even want to return what has been received so far will have to pay for the return and if not in original packaging will be charged a further fee. If I could turn back time I would never ever buy from this company. Products not worth the money and service non existent. So disappointing.

I ordered a ball pit for my 7 month old that was advertised as including 100 balls which didn't arrive with the pit. I contacted customer service expecting them to just send out some balls but they wanted me to return the whole thing in the original packaging. They did offer to arrange a courier when I said I couldn't post back due to no transport but I don't have the original packaging as I broke it down when opening it not expecting to need it and also I am not willing to take it away from my 7 month old baby who's enjoying playing in it and have to wait for them to receive it back before dispatching another one when they could have easily just sent the balls. I ended up just going out and purchasing some balls myself. Also every single exchange of an email with them took a whole day to reply so it took around 3/4 days just to get to the point of them offering to arrange a courier as the first email they wanted photos, then I had to email that I didn't have transport etc so very slow exchange over all and seemed to be the same customer service agent replying every day.

Delivery was quick. Cat furniture is lovely, did take a little effort to build, but I love it.

Monday morning i received a reply asking purchase details . Matter sorted, chairs delivered. top marks.

I absolutely love my garden bench (Curved Fire Pit Bench with Slatted Seat). It was very easy to assemble, sturdy and an elegant piece of garden furniture. It was the first time I bought anything from Costway and am very pleased.

Initially my item was delivered to the wrong address and I was left and item for the other address.upon getting in contact with a Costway customer service member, so was told that their delivery people would collect the item that was delivered to me and deliver my item, I made the phone call at lunch time and within two hours the problem was sorted,great service. I've not assembled the furniture yet,but all looks good and should look fine when assembled, thank you
