I used Cosmobet as they are non Gamstop whilst I was (unsuccessfully!)taking a break.
I have been pleasantly surprised. Obviously the casino is always the winner overall but I’ve found that I have had some pretty decent wins with Cosmobet. It really does not feel ‘rigged’ at all, as it does with many on line casinos. The range of games is good (No Pragmatic Play though!) Sports betting is good too - fast settlement. In terms of withdrawal, it tends to be in my account within 24 hours on a weekday. If it’s on a Friday - nothing happens til Monday.
My Gamstop restriction is now expired but I’m sticking with Cosmo rather than UK based casinos as I’ve found them fairer and had a far more enjoyable experience with them. And more wins! Also free bets and spins. I don’t sign up to bonuses though. Just awaiting a £1650 withdrawal to hit my account. Don’t let me down Cosmobet 😊

Trying to verify my account and everything I’ve uploaded for proof of address is apparently invalid. I’m from UK so don’t get sent paper bank statements. I try to upload a screen shot but unacceptable. I’ve sent letters dated within the last few days with my name and address on it. Even though it states it on my UK driving license too but invalid. I sent an email but no response. I have no option to even do a live chat. User name chloe95x
Update. I have withdrawn £7500 all in all in a week and the winnings hit my account by the next working day. Legit site and they only deduct a few pounds.

I looked at the comments and someone who gave it 5 stars wrote that it took 2 hours to withdraw money. Site representatives said in the chat section that the process takes between 24 and 48 hours, and sometimes this process may take longer...The other is to confiscate the player's own money and block his account due to the so-called bonus violation. So why do you confiscate the player's own money? If there is a bonus violation, the bonus earnings will be deleted... Fortunately, I did not deposit money into this casino and I was blacklisted.

I had my account closed due to gambling addiction. I then proceeded to create a new account (all the same details just changed my email address)

I managed to win £500 and proceeded to withdraw, at this point they closed my account and refused to give me back any money saying I had 2 accounts! The first one I had CLOSED MYSELF!!

These prey on people on GamStop ect. They are illegally operating in the United Kingdom as far as my reasearch tells me. I will be reporting them to the UKGC.

The second account didn’t even use bonus as I don’t due to unfair wagering!

I placed a 170 EUR bet (ID 257628324) on George Russell to win the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix 2025 at boosted odds of 30.00. The market was openly available for 3 days, and my bet was active for 13 hours. Just 2 hours before the race on October 5, 2025, Cosmobet voided my bet, claiming a "technical error" in the odds, and only refunded my 170 EUR stake. George Russell won the race, making my bet a clear winner (4,930 EUR winnings at odds 30.00).
Their support (Henry/Support Agent, email and chat transcript submitted elsewhere) admitted the error was theirs but refused to pay my winnings or even compensate at the "correct" odds of 10.00 (1,530 EUR winnings), which I offered as a fair compromise. Voiding a bet so late, after 13 hours of acceptance and no prior warning, is unfair and feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid payout. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
I’ve filed complaints with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, AskGamblers, and Casino Guru, providing all evidence (chat transcript, email). I urge others to avoid Cosmobet – they don’t honor legitimate winning bets and hide behind "technical errors." I’m pursuing this until I get my rightful winnings!

It's a lovely site to play slots game and betting. A lot of promotion and giveaways at social media. I never have a my issues with this site, also never have any issues with deposits or withdraws. There's massive choose of slot games though. Hope everyone enjoy same as me for many years 👌

Deposited £100, won £700. Requested withdrawal via SEPA at 6am yesterday. 11 hours later after withdrawals kept getting rejected I received an email asking me to send documents in. I sent documents in and now their KYC email stopped working and due to a technical issue they can't verify me nor accept the documents via an alternate way. Absolute joke of a site. Stay away at all costs.

This casino is not licensed in the UK and hold a Curacao license, and it is therefore illegal to offer these services to UK players. The company will claim that this is your responsibility to check when in actuality, they do this so they can take your money and get around legislation.

The payments you make go to random businesses to avoid being detected by banks, and there is a lot of shady things in their payments. They again claim this is not their fault, but they have to be aware from the countless reviews on here claiming this.

In truth, everything is designed to be able to take your money and get around the law in the UK, but deny any wrongdoing based on their ‘T&Cs’.
