Phenomenal customer service
I have suffered from chemical allergies (mainly glue and sticky things) since I was 12, they affect my feet the most. 38 years later I have tried all sorts to stop the itching nothing works. It’s almost become ritualistic.. I itch until I break skin - this could be using my nails or often to create a burn using carpet. The result has always been pain and scaring.
I purchased the finger scratch system including the bumpy ball to get into the middle of my foot. Buying was easy and efficient, and the system arrived quickly and I was excited to try it as I was having a flair because of the heat.
The puffer itch roller was fantastic and I can see that I will use this (from the fridge/freezer) to help with migraines! Unfortunately the bumpy ball was covered in a green sticky substance rendering it unusable because of my allergies.
I contacted Cosi Care immediately by email (and possibly the contact form) with some pictures. Abi responded quickly and couldn’t be more helpful. I didn’t want a refund and she sent a replacement immediately. Unfortunately, that one was covered. She then resent (and added in a scratchy star - game changer!!), but there was obviously an issue with the batch.
However Abi was responsive and apologetic. I think she sent 5 additional bumpy balls out before one come sticky free.
Abi couldn’t behave even more helpful throughout. I always think it is a reflection on a company when something goes wrong and their response to fix it. Cosi Care really performed and whilst it took a bit of time they did resolve the issue.
I am now scratching with the bumpy ball and scratch star and am blood free! What a revelation! I can only offer praise and hope this will be the end of adding scars to my feet and hobbling around!

Shipping said 5-10 days and I’ve had so…
Shipping said 5-10 days and I’ve had so many issues getting the package… it’s been over a month now. The customer service has just decided to start ignoring me. I need a refund or something, I still haven’t received my order and it’s 100% the shipping company’s fault. I would not reccomend cosicare unless they decide to divorce shipbob.

Great company
My 5 year old daughter has suffered with eczema for 3 years now and the itch is probably the worst. As she is young she cannot stop the scratching which in turn was causing her eczema to weep more often. Since purchasing the scratch star we have seen a huge improvement in her skin. She will now use her scratch star to calm the urge to scratch. The delivery of the star was also very quick. I cannot fault the customer service who have been very quick to answer any queries. Thank you very much Cosi-care for the great product and wonderful customer service.

Not Worth the Money
It claims to provide "instant itch relief," which I think is an overstatement.
I used it on my 6-month-old baby. His cheeks and ankles were flared up, itchy, and he was crying. I even put the product in the fridge before using it, but it just made him more frustrated and cry even more.
The product is also very expensive. I regret buying it because it didn't help at all. What a waste of money.
It seems you can't return the product if you're dissatisfied because of the hygiene policy. It has to be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. It would be clearer to simply say "No returns."
My £68 has gone on a product that was useless for us.

Amazing product

Very effective
Bought for my Granddaughter who has eczema . She can now scratch without breaking the skin This cuts down skin infections . It is a good weight and well thought out shape .Putting it in the fridge gives the extra cooling effect .A very very effective product.

Absolute game changer
Absolute game changer. Bought the scratch star and have used it multiple times a day since it arrived last week. Use it on my legs mainly, but also a small patch on my hand. Haven’t scratched with my hands/nails since. I’ve noticed patches on my legs healing already as I haven’t broken the skin barrier from scratching. Although it is very expensive, I do feel it is a very worthwhile purchase, and would recommend.

It's ok but very expensive for what it is
The balls are very small and it's best to use the scratchy one without the rolling case as it doesn't work when it's in the case. Very expensive - good idea, but I wish I'd bought the scratch star instead. I've been offered a discount on my current purchase, but I don't really want to spend any more in these. Disappointed.

Disappointed if I’m honest
The product is very expensive for what it is. It doesn’t scratch my son’s eczema as it is marketed and doesn’t provide a huge amount of relief. It’s also quite a faff to put together and take apart. Overall, I wouldn’t purchase again and certainly wouldn’t try another product at such a high price.

Didn't work for me.
I originally purchased both the Star Scratcher and the Head Scratcher hoping they would provide relief for my sensitive skin and scalp. Unfortunately, they weren't suitable for me personally.
The Star Scratcher broke my skin during use, and I also found it surprising that the instructions recommend using it with moisturizer and washing it after every use. As someone with eczema and sensitive skin on my hands, frequent washing can trigger flares, so this made the product impractical for my situation.
The Head Scratcher also didn't work well for me. Rather than reaching my scalp, it tended to catch and tangle my hair, which increased irritation instead of providing relief.
While these products weren't a good fit for my skin sensitivities, I do want to mention that the company's customer service was excellent. They responded promptly and provided me with a full refund without any issues, which I really appreciated. Although the products weren't right for me, I was very happy with how professionally they handled my concerns.

Nice to change the tune
We've been hesitant to buy the Cosi Care range for my daughter because the novelty wore off quickly with cheaper alternatives, but we thought it was worth a try and the bumpy ball has made all the difference. Myself and my wife have tried it on itches we've had, and we've both felt the genuine relief it offers - so it's been good to offer it to our daughter knowing it's not just a gimmick.
She's only 5 and has had eczema all her life, so it feels huge to us to finally change from a place of discouraging scratching to actually be able to allow her - even encourage her - to do so safely.
We haven't used the smooth ball all that much - and probably would've been happy to buy the bumpy ball without the smooth if it was possible (or even 2x bumpy), but while it's been hot recently it's been nice to keep the smooth one in the fridge as a backup and use it to cool down and offer a distraction.
I haven't had any problems but I've spoken to their customer care team about a couple of things and they've been excellent - it seems like a company that genuinely cares.
I expect most people interested in Cosi Care will have come across other brands that overpromise, manipulate and outright con people who are desperate for some relief - so you learn to keep your guard up with these things. I couldn't promise that the products will be the solution for everyone - and I don't think they would either - but my experience has given me a lot of trust in Cosi Care and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or buy again in future.

Bumpy ball- waste of money
Unfortunately, the bumpy ball did nothing to solve itchy skin and feels like a waste of money. I was hopeful after reading lots of positive reviews about this product and decided to purchase it despite the cost. The plus side is that product was sent out quickly.

Relief to Topical Steriod Withdrawal
The scratch star has been a great relief to my itching, I suffer from eczema and went though topical steriod withdrawal, and had very itchy and inflamed skin.
The scratch star has allowed me to scratch safely and also reduce inflammation and redness from the cooling sensations.
I was skeptical about this at first due to the price but honestly is so worth the money! would definitely recommend this to anyone with skin issues

Great customer service
The scratch ball didn’t work for me sadly as I think my skin is just to sensitive. I wrote a negative review at first and I felt as if I was being abit unfair as I didn’t resolve it with cosi care first. I got in contact with cosi care and they gave me a full refund and allowed me to keep the ball, I will give ball to someone who desperately needs it and pay it forward. This is a small business and they really do care about people with eczema. The ball may of been ineffective with me but everyone has different skin types. Cosi care have excellent customer service! Thank you!! ☺️

I was really hoping this was going to be a relief for my itching, however unfortunately it isn’t any type of salvation, this product is massively OVERPRICED and not worth the money or the hype, don’t get suckered.

Same as other parents , will try anything.
Didn't do a thing, it's just like rubbing a cold snooker ball on you.
Should of gone with the spiked ball or star possibly but i could only afford to try the one which was advised.
