Adapt Your Workout
The bands are smaller than the pull-up bands most people are used to. Their small size makes them perfect for adding resistance to squats and other lower body exercises. You can also use them for lat pullwdowns and other upper body exercises to give yourself a total body workout.
5 Levels of Resistance
Each band is suitable for a different type of exercise. The lighter bands are easier to stretch are perfect for stretches, recovery training, upper body exercises, and rehabilitation from joint or muscle injuries. The heavier bands are ideal for lower body exercises and building muscles.
Natural Latex Material
The bands are made from natural latex for superior durability and elasticity when stretched. No matter how intense your workout, they’re sure to return to their starting shape. The bands have a loop diameter of 60cm (approx.) and can be stretched to three times their starting length.

Colour-Coded
Each band is a different colour, so you can easily identify the perfect one for your workout. For example, our extra-light band is a teal colour, so you can easily identify it if you’re doing stretches or a warm-up. The bands are also labelled with their resistance for easy reference.
