50/50 you will get your amazon account get banned.

Hi everyone,

I recently found a website and created an account with them. Everything seemed fine, and the store appeared legit. However, I always make sure my supplier provides all the necessary documents, like ungating invoices and authenticity letters, since these are really important for Amazon resellers. Without them, you could risk getting banned, suspended, or having your items deactivated without knowing why.

I reached out to the supplier to ask if they provide all the required documents because it’s crucial for Amazon sellers. After waiting 24 hours, they responded, saying, “Hi. We only provide paid invoices to our customers. Distributor and authenticity documents are only shared with Amazon.” This confused me because I wasn’t sure if I had to pay an additional fee to get my items ungated, even though I was already buying them. So, I texted them back with the same question, explaining that sometimes Amazon randomly asks for invoices and documents, even for items that are already ungated.

After waiting another 24 hours, they replied, “We only send paid invoices to our customers. Other documents you request are not shared with our customers due to company policies. These documents are submitted to Amazon upon Amazon’s request.” This made me even more confused. I didn’t know if I had to pay an additional fee or if only Amazon could contact them to get all the necessary documents. I texted them again, and they replied, “Hi. No, we do not charge any additional fees. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee to be ungated. As a matter of company policy, we do not share authorization documents with our customers but with Amazon if they contact us.”

This made things clearer. I realized that even if I get the product with the invoice, it’s not guaranteed to work, like with other suppliers I’ve dealt with in the past. I texted them back, expressing concern that buying the items without a guaranteed invoice could be a big risk. They responded, “Hi. Our advice is to first check whether you can list the product. First of all, prefer products that you are ungated.” So, they were basically saying to find an item that’s already ungated to sell it, and if Amazon asks for documents, they’ll provide them as stated in their policy, but there’s no guarantee it will work.

I sent them this message: “Yes, I understand. What I’m saying is that even if the products are ungated, Amazon sometimes randomly asks for invoices, and you mentioned that it’s not guaranteed to work. So, am I taking a 50/50 chance? If I sell the products you offer on Amazon and they don’t ask for anything, I’m fine. But if Amazon does ask for documentation and you can’t provide it because it’s not guaranteed, then I could be in trouble. This could potentially lead to my Amazon account being deactivated or suspended, correct?” They simply replied, “Yes, that’s correct.”

Given all this communication, I haven’t purchased any items from them yet, and based on what they’ve said, I don’t think I’m going to take the risk of getting my Amazon account banned. I wanted to share this with anyone considering buying wholesale from them—be warned that it’s not guaranteed to work..

Fast and reliable

They don't just sell products, they offer service. My order arrived in a short time, the employees who took care of me and answered my questions were sincere. I definitely recommend it, a company that gives confidence.

Deactivated Amazon Account. They need to provide docs.

My Amazon account has been deactivated since early Dec 2023 over unsuitable 3M Scotch scissors, over 60 days ago. Amazon does not want to reach out to Coral Port LLC for documents and Coral Port does not want to email docs directly to scram-appeals at amazon.com.

Key Points:

Amazon wants supply chain and proof of delivery documents.
3M confirmed with me that Coral Port is an authorized distributor.
Coral Port provided Packing slips from 3M to them with proper dates and quantity.
Coral Port would only send legal documents, which they consider trade secrets (i.e. supply chain and proof of delivery), only if Amazon request directly from them.
I have asked Coral Port to email documents to Amazon at scram-appeals at amazon.com but no answer.

My account is in limbo. I can not access funds and my inventory until this is sorted out.

Coral Port needs to sort this out with Amazon since they are authorized distributor and has proper packing slips. Documents could have redacted pricing and send to Amazon.

Dont trust them!!!

They completly suck! I tried to place couple orders they only accept one of some producto they supposedly had in stock. I made a payment on dec 26th. At beginning of January I asked for my product they say it will take around 18 business days to have my product with them. After waiting that long they told me they did no have it! I was trying to ask for refund many times and it took more than a week for them to refund my money after emailing them every single day. All of this after been waiting more than one month for my products. DONT TRUST THEM!!!

Amazon seller do not buy from this company.

Amazon does not accept their invoice and they do not provide their invoice to help you reactivated your seller account.

I am very regret to buy with this company and lose my Amazon seller account. I lost a lot of money because they do not provide their invoice.

I wish I could report all the good…

I wish I could report all the good things that other reviewers have. After 3 orders, I am not impressed. Their phone is never answered in person, just leave a message. Have never been advised who my acct representative was/is, nor have I been contacted by anyone at Coralport regarding this after sending Messages on order chat and in emails. Half of one order has already been delivered while the other item remains at Coralport With no explanation.

Consistent Supply Good Margins

One of the best wholesale companies

Overall Coral port is great wholesale company that facilitates whole sale purchasing for third party FBA sellers. I have made several purchases and can say I will keep doing business with them because they make things easy for you and are straight forward when you contact them. I disagree with the bad reviews as too I believe they have not had a full purchasing experience like i have had. This company definitely gets 5 stars from without a doubt.
