The app SUCKS. I’m trying to do the bet to unlock my free bet and when I click on ‘in play’ or ‘prematch’ options both of them are just unresponsive. But you know what I’m glad I can just withdraw the money I’ve deposited before eventually losing it to some other problem this company will give me. Beware of this scam - they will find any loophole to not cash out
BEWARE - do not create an account with this company. I added funds from my wife’s card, won on the grand national - but now the company says my account is partially limited and I can’t cash out. I’ve tried customer service multiple times to explain and they don’t help. Personally, I think it’s a scam - they happily took my money before the bet, suddenly have an issue when it’s time to cash out. Steer clear, terrible company.
