I ordered the mechanical heart in brass and white bronze for my son who’s a cardiac nurse. It’s BEAUTIFUL! So intricate, the hinges are tiny and overall precision breathtaking. I really hope he likes it.
Also had it engraved (so tiny but well done and crisp).
Took a few weeks to be made but shipping was pretty fast once despatched.
Would definitely buy again. Great work

Their ad on Instagram completely pulled me in!!! I purchased and received my Piscean pendant.....I'm in love! The craftmanship is absolutely outstanding. For something so small, the attention to details cannot be ignored, every fish scale is visible and soothing to touch (fidget spinner style in the middle). Lastly, the weight rests comfortably on my chest, dense but NOT cumbersome. I love it and will be ordering again!

I had asked my fiance for one of the monkeys and display stand for my birthday, she wound up ordering me all three. She ordered at the beginning of February, my birthday was on the 19th. Initially the tracking notification was a little questionable which prompted us to really look into Copperist to see if we were dealing with a legitimate company Etc. The mixed reviews online had me somewhat nervous and honestly was not expecting much in terms of the shipment and product itself should it ever arrive. In the end, the package only missed my birthday by 2 days, the monkeys and stands are absolutely beautiful - actually beating my expectations. The whole experience wound up being pretty great. Wanted to make sure to post this for any in doubt, this is a real company with some really amazing work. I do recommend. BMR

I brought 3 items. 2 brackets and the black jumping spider ring. I wore the ring once to a cafe, and the black paint has already started coming of. I'm not very happy, I believed it would be good quality as it's expensive. And I'm afraid to ware the bracelets as well as they're the same black. I wouldn't recommend buying from here.

Bought double robot hands.

This company is a scam operation. They are overcharging on mass produced, cheap “jewelry” while claiming to be “artisanal” and “handmade”. I’ve found the exact same products from other shops for a fraction of the cost. I paid $30 for one of their rings through a shop on Etsy and even paying that much for it was not worth it. It is absolutely a drop-shipping operation veiled as a boutique style business.

Commande passée le 22 novembre 2024, nous sommes aujourd'hui le 21 janvier 2025, toujours pas de nouvelles du colis, l'envoie n'a même pas été effectué. J'ai envoyé deux mails à ce monsieur, qui ne m'a toujours pas donné de réponse... Une commande à 69$ qui devait être le cadeau de Noël de mon papa... Ne commandez pas chez lui si vous voulez recevoir vos articles...

Dont buy from them. For starters you have a diagram on the product page with instructions on how to measure ring sizes. I do this and compare it to the size and order it. Exactly as depicted on YOUR chart for YOUR product on YOUR website.
The ring i got for my girlfriends birthday was waaaay to big, and i mean impossible to wear to big. So i reached out to their customer service. The “service” and “support” i got from them was just the worst experience i have ever had. I worked in retail and as a RMA manager, so i have been on both sides of this conversation. To state a few things that they did:
Assumed i was a complete moron that didn’t know how to use a tape measure, (“alot of tape measures have a blank part at the start, please dont use that”) after i sent pictures to them with measurements that clearly didnt have a gap.
They offered me 10% on my next purchase when they already have 10 promotions with a better deal, not that im ever shopping here again.
Then they say that “ Each brand may have slight differences in sizing options, and customer measurements may vary as well, resulting in some size discrepancies”
My question is, if you have different sizing options, would you put that on the product page? It’s like if Nike made a new line of shoes but they are two sizes too big without saying anything and blaming it on well our customers might measure their feet differently. So stupid it hurts.
And then customer service ghosted me for a week and then offered a special discount just for me, 10 f***ing procent again.

TLDR:
Dont order from them, scammers.

The products (2 vipers and Vajara) are nicely done and finished. They do look like a quality product.
So if you want to spend that kind of money on those small items, fine. You will like them.
Somehow I was a bit surprised to see that those items were shipped from China which gave me the impression of a mass-production product and I thought that the profit range must be huge for those products.
However, the website is done well with all the stunning product photos. It would be nice to have a little information from the Artist. Or maybe this is just something someone sources in China and sales it on this flash-looking website.

I ordered a small beetle hook in Feb of 2024 sometime, and after not receiving it for 3-ish weeks, I started to get worried. I checked the DHL eCommerce tracking number- only for it to say that tracking number didn’t exist.
So, I emailed them, I was surprised to get a response at all, the rep on the other end said they’d look into this problem. The response time was great! So I was sorta hopeful again, only for another 3-ish weeks to go by with no follow up.
Even going back in my emails, I can’t find their response anymore. As in, like the email they sent doesn’t exist in my inbox/sent emails.
I’ve emailed them 3 more times since, and I’ve received no response. Before I ordered, I made sure I checked that this was the actual Copperiest site, and not the .wu one.

I’m disappointed in their lack of organization, and follow through with their customers. Don’t waste your money, I’m glad I’m only out $50 and nothing more. I don’t know what these other reviews are talking about, because my experience has been nothing like theirs.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. It’s an absolute joke. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Amazon jewelry! All my pieces came in amazing condition and they’re all timeless

I ordered a "Hydrolycus arnatus clip" (fish pin) from Coppertist.com (and not from Coppertist.wu). Very nice, solid item; nice packaging too. It was shipped in a week and arrived in less than 3 weeks later.

Georgous jewelry - PATHETIC horrible customer service. They take SO long to respond that the 14 days are up and they won't give you your money back. I lost the top to my box but shipped it back anyway. I DREAD the news when they tell me I wont get my money back. THIS COMPANY HAS gorgeous overpriced jewelry but you can never get your money back. PURELY PATHETIC. Funny how you reply and don't even have my order number with my name. Yes - Order #10163207

I bought the cicada pendant. The item I received was of very poor quality and did not match what was showcased on the website (It cost me $79 but I wouldn’t have paid more than $15 if I had seen it before buying.) The item shipped from China (The tracking receipt showed shipment from Shanghai) but had an Illinois (USA) address on the packaging. When I asked for return instructions, I was instructed to ship the item to Estonia. The 30 day return policy means nothing when the item takes weeks or months to ship, and the policy also states that after they receive the return, it’s at their discretion whether or not to issue a refund. I don’t trust this company at all and will never buy from them again.

Customer service is also very poor. As you can read in the response (below), the seller insinuates that I have misrepresented the situation. I stand by everything I have said.

My sister placed two orders. She received one and not the other. She wrote two emails to Coppertist and one to the company that processes its fees. NO RESPONSE. I wrote one email to Coppertist. NO RESPONSE. Is this company a scam operation? It promises to answer emails within 24 hours. The work it does is beautiful. The customer service sucks.

Coppertist responded after my review was listed. It said that a refund was made weeks ago. It was made on December 15th--right after the review. Coppertist said the purchase was lost by UPS. Perhaps, but on November 8th, Coppertist wrote about the order: "We will notify you when it has been sent." It never notified my sister.

In the event that I am wrong, I am giving Coppertist one more chance. I placed a new order (#26689) on December 14th. Coppertist said it would notify me when it was sent. I have not yet been notified.

Please remove the review, it was a mistake

Absolutely beautiful set of rattlesnake tail earrings and they appear to be very well made. Took a few weeks to arrive but definitely worth the wait. I will 100% be ordering again from this seller.
