So ordered from them and once it was…
So ordered from them and once it was put together I realised it was far to small for our rabbit even though it's states it's big enough for two medium rabbits. Make sure when buying from them you check out every bit of information on returns. I was told that to return this £50 would be taken off straight away for the cost of delivery that they paid. And then 25% when they received the item and checked it over and then you will have to pay returning costs so I would have only got some money back and not even half of what I paid. Hutch was easy to put together and would have been perfect if it was big enough

Purchased a rabbit /chicken coop arrived very badly damaged due to manufacturing i paid for fox proof mesh also but didn't get that
After contacting copsandhutches they were rude offered replacement I said no I've offered to send back they said no dispose of it myself I paid through klarna who are still continuing to take my money as this company is still lieing the company will not reply to any of my emails and said get klarna to deal with it
Klarna are saying the company themselves not co operating will never shop with this company again very unhappy with how I've been treated no need for it this been going on since September

The experience with the company themselves wasn’t bad, I placed an order it arrived.
I would say for the price the quality is quite flimsy and it took a little while to build. I paid extra for treated wood and fox proof wire.
This isn’t fox proof at all!!! Last night a fox completely pushed a wire panel in and half of my rabbit is left eaten in the garden for my daughter to see. Honestly incredibly disheartened. Purchased the XXL The Cottage With Large Run Chicken Coop for £303 at the end of April, the hutch and rabbit survived 7 months, a horrible way for the rabbit to die and what a waste of £300 I’m truly devastated and angry I can’t put it into words.

Rubbish customer service
I wish id read these reviews before buying from this company.
Had issues with delivery and customer service is non existent. Trying to complain, but no-one answers my emails. Coop not fit for purpose. Not even had it a year and it's falling apart. Trying to get a full refund, but they are making it very difficult. Has anyone else had this please?

Very rude customer service when things go wrong
I wish I had read more of these reviews before ordering. Actually the ordering process, dispatch and quality of the product was great. The issue came after I upgraded to 24 hour delivery. Unfortunately the firm they used did not deliver on time and was a day late after we chased them directly. So I thought it would be an easy process to ask for the delivery fee to be refunded as coops and hutches could claim back from the delivery firm. Coops and hutches refused in fact we’re just rude and when I explained - sending evidence - that in fact I was entitled to a refund they threatened me with legal action!! I have a large flock of chickens and was hoping to use them again - I won’t

Absolute conmen they charge 110% uplift on items they buy in from the manufacturer which has a very similar name I strongly suggest buying from the organ grinder not the monkeys

AVOID this company
AVOID this company! I ordered online and gave my correct address. I then upgraded to a treated version. The treated version was confirmed at an incorrect address and I phoned immediately to explain. I was reassured it would be delivered to the correct address, which I entered onto their website. Sadly it was delivered to the incorrect address and stolen before we could retrieve it. Sam at their end was very rude and dismissive and didn't want to help at all which means this is sadly heading for a either a chargeback or small claims court. Dreadful company overall.

expensive very BAD quality
DO NOT BUY from this shoddy company the quality is awful, we have a hutch only since late December paid hundreds for it and paid extra for it to be treated and it’s already collapsing the quality is simply not good enough!!! It’s flimsy and the nesting box has collapsed. The company refused to do anything stating it’s adverse weather conditions that caused the damage even after we paid extra for treated wood!! Save your money buy better quality.

Awful hutch
Awful hutch! Don’t buy!
We bought a hutch and the build quality is terrible. Our rabbits (2) haven’t even been in it a week (3 days) and we can see it’s going to last long. It arrived with damage to the ladder which we repaired. The ladder doesn’t slot and run along side the back of the hutch so our rabbits fall down it. The cover material on the roof is coming off already! The build is uneven, poor quality and no doubt will be eaton in no time. Navigating the website the company only have a number for Sales which is less than helpful.
We have spent over £180 for a hutch that is not going to last anytime at all.
Really want to send it back and get our money back!

Dreadful useless company who left me…
Dreadful useless company who left me out of pocket and without my purchase. Supposed next day delivery never materialised and no effort was made to discover why. I was told it would arrive the following day but it didn’t arrive. Finally spoke to someone extremely rude and unhelpful who told me that it wasn’t his fault and that the couriers are normally brilliant. Now I am left without my urgently needed purchase and with no time to shop elsewhere because these people messed me around so much. Just awful.

Utter rubbish
Utter rubbish. Flimsy nothing marries up. Corners gappy which allows drafts. Door large gap to the lock. Split wood. Nest box hinges on the wrong side. Main compartment lid allows water to run inside. Total crap and £260 Coops and hutches you should be ashamed!!

Extremely helpful beautiful coop
Extremely helpful customer services before receiving product. Delivery was spot on. I bought an XL Windsor coop with extension for my bunny to come out and enjoy the garden with me during the day as he is a free roaming indoors bunny. I wanted a coop so he can enjoy a lot of running space whilst he’s out roaming in the garden and a large shaded hut. I want to personally thank Giles for all the support and guidance whilst purchasing my product. Coop was straightforward to build and great quality! Thanks again.
