I was so grateful for the fast delivery to Berkeley CA during the fires - 3 days - even though I had only paid for ground shipping. THANK YOU! I got 1 box of the P100 disposable respirators and 2 boxes of the N100 disposable respirators - one in size small and one in size med/large. High quality and well fitting - having choices helped. For some of us the N100s fit better, for others the P100s. Our only issue was the strap on the N100 size small is too short. Barely long enough for teenagers, much too short for adults. Adjustable straps on the size small N100 would be better.

The product was exactly what I was looking for. I've been using one in my woodworking shop for 3 days and works great. The delivery was spot on but I did think the shipping cost was a bit over priced.

Found what I need quickly. The checkout process was straight forwarf. Haven't gotten the item yet.

On line experience was good. Some items had been discontinued.

They called to say the item was not in stock, after charging my credit card for full amount. The order was then cancelled over the phone and 10 days later there is still no credit for the charges.

Sharon in customer service was great to work with on our re-order. Delivery was made within the promised time frame, and quality including custom logo is as desired.

I had to email to ask about my order that I had intended to pay $122 overnight am shipping because it was needed urgently. I didn’t hear anything for 4 days so I had to email and ask and was then told fraud protection had canceled my order 🤬 better communication with customers is needed. I placed an order with someone else that actually delivered like they said.

I ordered a grey hard hat and y’all sent a blue one. I’m gonna get laid off at work now bc they have graced me knowing I ordered a hard hat NOW ILL PROBABLY HAVE TO WAIT 2 more weeks to get the right one. I paid 16$ dollars for shipping, it took 2 weeks to get it and it was the wrong color 🤦🏻‍♂️ I regret ever shopping at Cooper Safety

Placed order beginning of month still waiting for it. Paid for three day shipping, no word if it's back ordered or what's going on. I am going to cancel order.

Great customer service! They were able to add a custom print to hardhats and mail to company within a two week period!

While the customer service rep was helpful, I wasn't notified until I contacted them that my items were on backordered and no expected date. I feel this is something that I should have been updated on.
