Absolute staple in my wardrobe. This tee looks great with basically any pair of jeans I own. Really cute design.

Wrong colour sweatshirt sent, THEIR ERROR. I have spent over two weeks going back & forth on email, without anything resolved. They are now ignoring my emails. Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not buy anything from this company.

Order 2 shirts for my wife, both advertised as distressed orange and distressed pink colours. Upon arrival, the colours did not match the advertised pictures at all. Premium price paid for a scam. When asked, they responded with phones and screens make the colours of the products seem different.....what a joke...save your money and buy somewhere honest.

I love my Not today Vecna sweatshirt. The quality is super plush. Better than expected. Surprised at the bad reviews. I’m buying them for my entire family.

First of all, either I put wrong address or it was entered in error. I did get them to correct the address but the order has still not been delivered. I asked them to cancel my order and send me a refund but haven't got that yet either

I rarely write reviews, but this company is shocking. I ordered a hoodie - poor quality sizing and not a hoodie shape (not baggy).

I read the return policy before purchasing, just in case ... then found they very clearly do not work to that policy, are happy to infer you are a liar, and argue over the reason for return. I would not order from them again if they were giving their stuff away.

I waited quite a long time for this purchase as it was the Christmas season. Eventually the deliver was to happen - only it never did. I contacted Coolstarco and they gave me the phone number for the deliver company. That company never answers the phone. I wrote to Coolstarco again with no satisfaction. I would prefer giving negative stars.

I wish I would have read all of these reviews before purchasing. The item is very cheaply made. When I tried to return it, they refuse to give me a mailing address. They told me I would be responsible for shipping it back, but then refuse to provide the address. I have been back and forth with them via email multiple times.

Do Not Purchase from Coolstarco.com. They are a complete scam. We purchased a sweatshirt and it is cute, but the material is thin and cheap. The customer service at this company is horrible. It takes them a couple days to respond to your emails (no phone service). They do not accept responsibility for anything, even when you send them proof that it was there mistake, they will blame you. Eventually, they will say you can return the item on your own dime and then they will decide if they will refund you. We ordered a sweatshirt and as soon as we submitted the order, we realized it was not the color we wanted. So, we placed another order in the right color and emailed customer service to cancel the first order. They did respond right away and said they only saw an order for one sweatshirt and it was the color we wanted. Several weeks later a package arrived and it was the correct sweatshirt color. However, a couple days later another sweatshirt arrived in the wrong color. Our credit card statement also arrived that day showing we had been billed for both sweatshirts $50 per sweatshirt. I emailed customer service right away and sent pics of both sweatshirts, a copy of my statement and a copy of the email showing they had stated there was no second order. They replied that we had used two different emails and that is why they couldn’t find the second order when we contacted them originally. I replied with copies of the confirmation emails that show the same email address. They responded that I need to pay to ship the item back, but they also recommend that I just keep the item. Why would I want two of the same items, so I insisted that they send a return shipping label and refund me. They said no, I had to pay for the shipping. They have refused to pay for shipping so I am letting everyone know that it is not worth the money to purchase from them. I have since found the same item on Etsy for ½ the price. Check reviews before ordering anything from China!!!

Ok, many problems. Let's go in order. Number 1. An unexpected,unexplained $3.00 showed app out of nowhere on my account.That was not part of my order.
Number 2. I then contacted their "customer service "four different times, not one person contacted me back with an explanation or assurance of any kind.
Number 3. There is absolutely no way to track your order, it took three weeks to get to me.
Number 4. Do not ever buy one of their so called hooded sweatshirts. It is literally a long sleeve shirt with a thin hood attached terrible. I was very excited for these to come.Believe meYou will be disappointed in the hoodies.
The only positive thing I have to say was the t-shirt I got wasn't terrible. Other than that please go somewhere else. Like I should have

I emailed them to cancel and they ignored the email til after they'd shipped it. I filed a claim with PayPal. I tried again to contains said I'd refuse the package and they'd refund, asking for confirmation of acceptance of those terms. They replied saying "It's already shipped." They ignore emails and refuse to do the right thing. Do not waste your money on their low quality, useless products.

So yeah. They're fraudulent

Sizes are not true to size. My grandson wears a large so I ordered a XL just to be sure. He couldn’t get it because it was so tight. I tried to return it but they wanted 33$ just for shipping. My suggestion is don’t buy anything from this company.

Cute shirt but it’s not true to size, 3 sizes too small to be exact. Customer service is very hard to deal with. You have to pay to return the item to China, which will cost more than the actual product. Very disappointed in the outcome.

Normally dont write reviews but its so annoying when crappy companies like this advertise and make poor clothing and then put the entire onus on the customer when its not good. I bought a sweater that turned out to be wayyyyy larger that it should be. Just wanted them to exchange for a smaller size (i mean the material was not great but still). They said I would have to pay more than the price of the shirt to return it.

do yourself a favor and shop somewhere with a return policy, also now I have noticed they dont even allow review on their site which is a red flag

I love the message on this shirt, and it looks just as good in person. The material is a bit thicker than I expected, though, so it can get a little warm on hot days.

Ordered T-shirt for a birthday present 2 months ago and never received!! And won't refund my money! Horrible service!

Absolutely horrendous. Poorest quality material. Reached out to return. Was told “ You will need to ship the product back to our warehouse in China. You will be responsible for shipping costs, customs fees, and duties per item. We cannot refund the shipping costs of your package. Shipping costs are high, so we recommend that you keep the product. We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant shopping experience. Have a nice day!”

Sweatshirt is not Sweatshirt material it is very thin like a long sleeve shirt. Not worth the price

0 Stars. Nothing on that arrived is as described on the website. I've tried to request a refund but that is a joke. I even sent pictures showing the difference between hoodies and still nothing. This company is fraudulent. I wish I'd see these reviews sooner!

BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!! If I could give this shop no stars I would. Where do I start. I ordered a hoodie, the fabric was like wash cloth fabric fabric, very rough and scratchy. This shop makes it look like they are a US company but they are from China with Chinese quality. The sizing is way off. I am a 1XL and bought a 3XL for a baggy fit. Can barely get my arms in because they are so narrow and when I get it one its not a hoodie fit. It is skin tight and short. When I wrote them about the issues I was told I should have looked at the size chart, and if I wanted to return it, it would cost me lots of money, and take a long long time. I ordered 2 sizes larger than my reg fit, didn't think I needed to look at the size chart. When I did look at the chart and measured where they asked me to, it was much smaller than the size posted. They gave me another lame excuse. This company steals from customers and has no customer service skills. I worn you not to order, if there are any issues they do not stand behind there product... disgusting!!!
